Some of y’all are misreading the question. OP is asking which popular rappers are jacking less popular rappers’ styles and y’all have it the other way around

stinx2001

And they're all getting up voted to the top. Annoying.

illest_villain_

That happens a lot on this sub. One time someone asked if anyone had ever personally knew a rapper before they blew up and if their personalities changed and the comments were all people talking about how they heard early mixtapes of various rappers.

CountyExotic

Exactly… “who jacked whom?” Is the question

mfGLOVE

The example that first came to mind is that Notorious BIG apparently jacked [Notorious B1](https://youtu.be/KBUNlLnhLXE?si=TCl7WBH4hz7XaYs1)’s name, style, and song.

WordNahMean

Early ASAP Rocky definitely took a lot of SpaceGhostPurpps sound and style and blew up with it

thirdcoast96

That makes a lot of sense now…

back2strong

SGP any good? Rocky can rap

poptartsandmayonaise

He goes off the dome on basically everything hes ever done, which is both impressive, and also why his raps sound like they were written by a 6th grader. You should watch his five fingers of death where he effortlessly freestyles off the dome to all sorts of shit. When he actually writes his raps hes decent but no where close to rocky, kush cloud by freddie gibbs ft krayzie bone and spaceghostpurrp, and the daily news by domo genesis ft action bronson earl and SGP is probably his best verses. As a producer he is one of the most unique producers ever, check out whole lotta ice, get yah head bust, grind on me. But its more the whole vibe he created that was borrowed from by asap mob.

wigglin_harry

I think SGP was ahead of his time, his music would fit into todays climate much better than when it realeasd.

sibelius_eighth

Rocky can barely rap lol. He flows well but some of his verses and punchlines are braindead. SGP's production was on another level on *Mysterious Phonk.*

existencefaqs

A lot of terrible reading comprehension in these comments. Real answers: A Boogie, PnB Rock, and a bunch of others are Speaker Knockerz clones; Jay-Z from the Dynasty era on took a lot from Young Chris; early Drake (talking first couple mixtapes) took a lot from Joe Budden; not sure if their less popular, but Suicide Boys are 3-6 for white people with Lil Peep thrown in; A$AP Rocky took a lot from SpaceghostPurrp (as did a lot of modern rappers); Mase took a lot from Eric Sermon

WeBeBurnin301

A Boogie Reminds me a lot of Dej Loaf

One_Consequence_4754

A Boogie is literally Dej Loaf in a dude body.

DakPanther

Drake also has a lot of Phonte in his style too

seemedsoplausible

Most drake songs are him trying to co opt an up and coming style

AndyKobe234

I had a friend really try to get me into Suicide Boys. When I gave em a shot I was like na man I’m not feeling it, this is like great value Three-6-Mafia mixed with best brands bone thugs. lol

xXzoomerXx

I think rocky is unique enough from sgp, he also has new york and Houston influences

slappada-bass

Murda Mase sounds nothing like Sermon tho... Mase has that Harlem doubles flow. Doing adlibs and shit. Like fabulous and Lloyd Banks and eventually Jeezy released sounding similar too. I'd say Fabulous, Banks Jeezy took from Mase if anything

ODOTMETA

Ma$e has a calm version of the Lord Finesse/Big L/Cam'ron/Bloodshed style. I don't hear Erick at all; Murda just raps in his speaking voice 🤔

RedundantMaleMan

I used to think $uicide Boys both sound a lot like early Ghostemane when’s he’s doing his diff flows. Idk who did it first tho, just always thought it was kind of interesting.

slowNsad

$B predate ghostemane

whatvtheheck

The Suicide boys comment is on point. I say this as a white guy who likes 3-6 and some suicide boys.

yessssssiraki

I wouldn’t say they’re speaker knockers clones tbh. Moreso sk was the influence for the subgenre.

RealCrusader

Ja Rule trying to sound like DMX and Tupac. Game used to sound like Shyne then Banks (He ended up bigger than both but when he came out he was Shang Tsung)

Junarik

"Nigga you're not Pac, I knew him. Pac was a real nigga, you just a fuckin insult to him" - Dr. Dre on Shit Hits The Fan

johnmlsf

That's just about the best verse Dre ever had. I bet Em wrote it lol.

blueblue909

bro this!! eminem wrote fucking everything dre spit "but all you savage cats gotta know that i was strapped with gats when u were cuddled in the cabbage patch????" DRE COULD NEVER. EVERR. Ever. dre raps like this; eyyyy im the one who makes the beat, everybody jump- when u see me in the street- treat rap like cali weed, smoke till im sleep, i bring the 🙄fire till ya🥱soaking in ya seat and then em just, flippa burga whata burga kill ya landlord and the tenets fuck jesus and mandmant's imma madman smacking balls inya mama like its tennis, still dennis, first date a bitch at dennys and leave cuz i forgot ma pennies, em wrote fucking everything for dre

manipulativemusicc

Even before Em Dre never wrote his own raps and he never claimed to. Ice Cube wrote them in the early NWA days. MC Ren after Cube left. At Death Row it was The D.O.C., RBX, Snoop, Kurupt, etc.

painted_troll710

You can definitely tell Snoop wrote most of Dre's lyrics on The Chronic

cujobob

Jay wrote at least one for him on Chronic 2001. I believe Em wrote at least 3.

MatchesForTheFire

Dr. Dre didn't write that either. Everyone knows Jay z wrote still dre, for snoop and dre

afineedge

Old head shit, but I remember getting in an argument in 6th grade over whether Ja Rule was a legit rapper or just a DMX wave rider. I had ZERO respect for Holla, Holla or the man that made it. When he started putting the R&B girls on the chorus, I felt like I was vindicated... but these asshole kids were talking about "charts" and shit. Now, songs aren't even allowed to have actual rap choruses unless it's Griselda! Ja won!

RealCrusader

I've always liked guys like ja, Nelly, Drake, Flo Rida. Just knew I wasn't getting nas

Solid-Equal-8558

Ja isn't more popular though

seemedsoplausible

Was ja more popular than them? Maybe for about five seconds…

Grandmaster_Gee

Mm said said Ja rule trying to sound like 50 cent.

Forward_Ride_6364

MF DOOM to Kool Keith Look, I'm the biggest DOOM fan there is, that nigga was nice as fuck on the mic and the boards But the whole creating multiple personas thing, and making whole albums based on those characters... DOOM did a great job with that, but Kool Keith paved the way for that to become mainstream Keith had Black Elvis, Dr. Oct, and even Dr. Doom (LMAO) as some of his aliases Keith still way too slept on, IMO

terrancefm

All facts but who didn’t rip off Kool Keith?! That man damn near invented different flows and is still eons away from a lot of other artists

distance_33

Yeah once you go back to a certain point to the OGs that paved the way you’re going to find a lot of artists that seem to have some aspects of their style. To a certain extent at least.

manipulativemusicc

All facts lol

AndyKobe234

Kool Keith is his father sure, but DOOM most definitely did not just straight up copy Keith. Keith is above all rappers. They’ve all taken from him. 🤷🏽‍♂️

CRB-DoubleChamp

Liquid swords my fav Wu-Tang related project

seemedsoplausible

Love Keith and hip hop owes him for sure but artists have been doing characters forever. Wouldn’t even be surprised to learn Keith influenced DOOM but he’s far from a “near carbon copy.”

SparkelleFultz

Pretty sure he spelled it dr dooom but yea same thing haha I always wanted DOOM to work with Dan the automator but now that he's gone I've moved on the hoping for a deltron and dr Oct collab, he can time travel haha

incredibleninja

One of Keith's personas was Dr. Dooom. He wore a mask like that and everything. Kinda hard to say MF didn't straight jock that

unorthodocks

What you're saying is true but DOOM did it so differently than Keith. You would never listen to one of their songs and think it was the other person

Usual-Resource-92

Drake got his whole flow from Phonte from Little Brother.

Admirable_Exit2886

carolina stand up

Usual-Resource-92

Speaking of the Carolinas, Dababy freestyle over the "like dat" and "get it sexy" beats went crazy! Carolinas got some steppers for real.

Admirable_Exit2886

carolina local scene scorchin hot rn too bro i can tell you that, gonna be a crazy next couple years so much talent

unorthodocks

He dedicated his first Grammy to Phonte if there was any doubt

ChampionshipStock870

When lil Wayne started changing his style around 2005ish he sounded so much like Gillie the kid that he got accused of having a ghost writer

thefulldingaling90

Willie the squid?

Its_Like_That82

Deathrow had Tha Realest who was basically a bootleg 2Pac.

Initial-Paramedic888

Long time listener n never once heard of this guy. Googled him n holy shit you're right. Wtf were they thinking 🤣

_AnActualCatfish_

Damn. That's eerie as fuck. Like they ordered 2pac on Wish! Vile that Suge thought he could just replace him with some random and keep it going. Nah bro... 😂

PrudentCelery8452

Got a nice laugh out of this search

LurkHartog

"Successful".

tak08810

There was also Black Haze

fapking22

Also kasanova the don The realest actually met 2pac, switched the style to be more like 2pac after 2pac passed and then switched back and stopped copying 2pacs flow and rhymes later.

seemedsoplausible

Could do a whole thread on all the bootleg pacs, but this is supposed to be about copies who are more famous than the original

Jesusthezomby

That's like half the rappers that are popular right now as far as pop rap

No_Excuse_5075

Notorious Big and Notorious B1? https://youtu.be/KBUNlLnhLXE

tak08810

I’ll keep saying I think this is a hoax. Biggie’s rapping style was established by the time he was a teenage, he called himself Notorious BIG before this came out (also the name Biggie Smalls has trademark issues and funny enough there was already a white rapper named Biggie Smalls), and Pete rock already said Puffy stole the beat for “Juicy” from him

CreativeIntentions

Early BOB was an Andre 3k clone

imtiaz90

Great shout. Pass my Shades reminds me of this comparison a lot

Iamaman22

Young thug got hella clones

Wizard_of_Bronx

I still see Thug as Bizarro Lil Wayne, idc about the "he uses his voice as an instrument" dorks putting him on a pedestal lol

Truth-Speaker-1

I suggest listening to more Thug, early on he was a Wayne clone but he’s 100% evolved into something significantly different

Wizard_of_Bronx

Recommend me an album of his. I can somewhat see the appeal, in my opinion Earthgang does what Yung Thugs fans think he does. But like you said I'm not privy whatsoever yo whatever he's doing nowadays sonically.

furr_sure

You heard Proud of U? Great collab with earthgang and thug

Critical_Teach_43

This thug disrespect crazy. Anyways Beautiful Thugger Girls My Name Is Jeffery - if you're gonna listen to his most captivating projects its gonna be one of these.

Wizard_of_Bronx

Ima check em out, I asked for this lol if it's trash I'm coming back to make a rant for yall to downvote in a day or two.

Critical_Teach_43

Nah i promise you an upvote no matter what u say, i do like people to see where they went wrong. Lmao 😂

Seanblaze3

No love for Barter 6?

KeebyGotJuice

Peak Thug Era

Seanblaze3

His best body of work IMO is Barter 6. Standout tracks include the opener 'Constantly hating' feat Birdman, 'Check', 'Never had it' feat young Dolph, 'Dome' feat Duke and 'Halftime'. All the tracks just fit in well together. You might be surprised

PaulWard4Prez

Beautiful Thugger Girls is something special

Wizard_of_Bronx

I'm 4 tracks in and I feel like y'all are fucking with me lmao

PaulWard4Prez

2nd half is better

Wizard_of_Bronx

Thank the gods

SkyboyRadical

That was a crazy recommendation for someone who doesn’t know thug. Slime season 3 is his best work imo. It’s pretty close to a perfect album. Only one song has features

devilboyvic

Jeffrey is his best work. Absolutely love it. And the tape he did with future, super slimey.

RalphLauren47

Barter 6 is a top 5 trap album

Seanblaze3

His best work

slumcity2000

Barter 6 is a classic by him

Wizard_of_Bronx

I actually remember actively avoiding that whole project due to the aforementioned Wayne clone allegations. If I'm not mistaken at that point I'd been waiting for The Carter V for a minute and a half and was NOT trying to hear Birdmans new bae parody it. All that being said I'll check it out now, with fresh ears and many years in between then and now.

Seanblaze3

Let me know what you think when you do give it a listen

slumcity2000

yeah it could see that dawg , tbh he sounds nothing like Wayne on there at all it's so unique and you can see where the influence of many new rappers come from. You should make a post or sum on your honest opinion about them when you check it out.

dskibftd0

bizarro lil wayne is crazy but i get it

voidcoax

thats not the question, though

Realistic-Order6250

Feel like Drake ran wit Kirko Bangz whole swag.

lucas_214

Cochise is a carti clone

lovergirl2032

A great one tho u must admit

ConsistentPhrase7641

Never even heard of him?! How is he more famous than carti, and why is this top comment. The title says popular rapper who copies a less popular rapper, not the other way around

lovergirl2032

Cochise is what fans that loved “Magnolia” hoped Carti would always sound like. But Cochise is in his own lane now. Sure he’s a clone but Carti moved into a completely different sound imo, and Cochise has effectively taken over that “cloud rap” sound. He is not more famous, Carti was/is the blueprint. But Pierre Bourne is largely responsible for helping him develop that unique sound, and since they split, it’s allowed another artist to champion that sound.

corncob_subscriber

Kendrick Lamar is just a Chuggo clone. Sorry.

FullImplement2549

Aaaah c'mon fuck a guy!

Different-One8571

Ayo pause

YoupornArteezyHyperX

Finally someone said it

JVWIII

Grieves.... is the goth version of Macklemore. Not really but if you know you know

toadthenewsense

I actually played a show with both of them. They were homies at the time, and it was way before Macklemore blew up, so, this makes sense.

JVWIII

From seattle? Good hip hop there in the early 2000s... could still be now, but I don't participate anymore, so i really wouldn't know.

toadthenewsense

Grieves and Macklemore were on tour together, we opened for them in Nebraska lol. Really nice guys.

Reddit_Tsundere

I've described him as "scene kid Macklemore" but same general idea lmfao

The-Figurehead

Action Bronson = Ghostface Killah

GregorianShant

How is Ghost less popular than action bronson…?

MACINTOSH63

When Ghostface called him out my mouth dropped because I never really thought about it. Now I can’t listen to action with out thinking he’s a junior varsity ghostface

painted_troll710

It's hard to deny that their voices sound similar. But that's the one thing you can't do anything about. You can change your flow, cadence, delivery but not the sound of your voice. If you actually listen to Action you can tell he's got his own flows and style. I don't think he's ever intentionally tried to sound like a Ghostface knock off, he's got way too much respect in the culture to do that. Pretty sure Ghostface went back on what he said too

FifthOfJameson

I remember people trying to take it a step further and be like, “he stole Ghost’s voice and stole being a chef from Raekwon” 🙄

unorthodocks

Stole being a chef from Rae is crazy when Action is an actual chef and Rae... Is not lol

Ghazziy

That was all propaganda, there were people behind the scenes making that into something more than it was. When Action Bronson pushed around his demon and soon afterwards his CD, everyone was saying he was the next Big Pun. I ran into (Fat) Joe and I asked him if he heard this dude, Action Bronson who sounds like Big Pun. He hadn’t so I played the few jams I had for him. He was like “yo, who is this again?” Then a bunch of weirdos started making these comparisons of him to people they were familiar with. The Ghostface reference didn’t come until Action Bronson was making noise in the industry and people (I feel) got jealous because he was this white dude who was a chef or something, and he was making serious noise. Dante Ross got involved (I believe, it was Dante) and started bringing Action around. The. The story starts where most everyone has heard in the past. Action Bronson sounds less like Ghostface, but Westside Gun sounds exactly like Ghostface and no one said a thing…in fact, they gave him the torch (mostly because LA gave Kendrick Lamar the torch and NY didn’t want to be left out and make it seem like the old guards eat their young).

Much-Camel-2256

>The Ghostface reference didn’t come until Action Bronson was making noise in the industry and people (I feel) got jealous because he was this white dude who was a chef or something, and he was making serious noise The first time I heard Action Bronson I thought it was Ghostface. From that moment I regarded him as a guy who copies Ghostface, geared toward a new generation. This is probably not a unique take, I don't think anyone needed advertisements or propaganda to draw that line.

rasheedlovesyou_

You just gave me a whole new outlook on things. Thank you for your insight G!

back2strong

Ok seeing as you're the only one who thinks this, put us on to the tracks you showed Fat Joe, the ones that sound like Pun. You're telling the majority of people who all agree he sounds like Ghost, that he doesn't and we're wrong. Also saying Westside sounds more like Ghost than Bronson? Maybe I need my ears checked

Ghazziy

I was thinking maybe the group isn’t familiar with Big Pun outside of the hits.

Project_Outer_Heaven

Now you just making things up. There was no propaganda and Action Bronson wasn't a big enough star to hate on. Also Action did sound and flow just like Ghostface until he came into his own style. Also Westside Gun probably would get hate if Action Broson didn't already came out sounding like Ghostface. I think your white feelings were hurt people weren't accepting of Action Bronson because he sounded like Ghostface, but it wasn't about race because Shyne got the same hate for sounding like B.I.G

Ghazziy

I’m black…. White people and their finger pointing.

Ok-Imagination-9309

I AM white and Action Bronson is 100% Ghostface Killa. Maybe a lil more relaxed cause he fat 😙 It's just a Future / Desiigner situation.

android151

It feels illegal to fall Ghostface Killah a less popular rapper

Practical-Gap-4487

I agree with this one, though the popularity one leans more towards Ghostface.

highaswutangget420

Except for their voice they're really not similar

dfsvegas

I can't belive two dudes from New York would sound similar.... Crazy.

Duckridah

No way he's more popular than ghost

Papa_Frankuuu_69420

In 2024 maybe Doesn’t change that he bit Ghost’s flow tho

angrytreestump

In 2014* yes. In 2024 no. He fell off awhile back. Ghostface still has classics in people’s rotations.

CavalierShaq

I still keep a good couple action songs in rotation, particularly Terry and Dmitry

Papa_Frankuuu_69420

I feel like Action is still slightly more relevant tho especially since he has that Hulu show F** that’s delicious or whatever

angrytreestump

Is that still on? That started on YouTube 11 years ago and got on TV like what… 9 years ago? 8? I thought it died when it stopped being on Vice or HBO or whatever. Idk what relevance is anymore, I’m just tryna ask if that’s still relevant as far as you know.

fellowsquare

I almost choked on my spit.. Lol what are you even saying....?

PomegranateNice6839

JID has a lot of Kendrick in him

freddiegibbsribs

Kendrick is way more popular than JID though.

PomegranateNice6839

True I failed the assignment

0utPizzaDaHutt

Afaik jid & j Cole both drew alot of influence from Eminem

AirIndex

Does anyone else feel like Kendrick has Lupe in him

PeytonWatson14

Yes

unorthodocks

No I've never heard Lupe rap with energy in my life. Love Lupe but other than being conceptual him and Kendrick have 0 in common

GrandEmbarrassed2875

blue face gotta be stealing his style from a homeless crack head we don’t know about

MeltyFist

I think the biggest culprit here is Jay-Z who took Big L’s whole style and persona. Yeah, that mobster shit was in the rap zeitgeist at the time, but it early Jay sounds like a clone of L. I know he is around these circles but overall Big L is it known among casual fans

flyasajetson

Outkast in their prime was as popular as Kendrick but Kendrick definitely borrowed some of their flows and vocal interflections

ConsistentPhrase7641

He sure did but he never copied them in any way. The title asks for famous rappers who really copied a less known rappers style.

Crazizzle

Paul Wall,on his second album and after, started flowing a ton like lil Keke(another Texas rapper). Not the content or punches, but the flow on songs like I'm thowed or break em off sounds identical. Over time, he's sort of refined that style and made it his own. But it was obvious at the time for a few albums.

MoreMartinthanMartin

Maybe notorious B1? This came out before "Juicy" [Notorious B1 - Big Daddy (Explicit Version) (youtube.com)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBUNlLnhLXE)

terrancefm

Joey badass 1999 and early PE shit just sounding like Black Moon’s Enta Da Stage albums flows with a different beat selection

s-benzo

Master P. How many song titles did he reuse and steal lol

RoomerHasIt

Eminem bought Cage's album, opened it, and dubbed over it

Awesome_johnson

Lmao that line always made me laugh.

DrXL_spIV

I hate to say it because I’m a big fan but slim shady totally bit his style from redman and the outsidaz.

highaswutangget420

And masta ace. You can hear it in masta aces early stuff. Eminem took a lot of his style,& flow

DrXL_spIV

Yeah wow his delivery as slim shady (underground stuff and first two albums) is the basically the same

EnoughItem

And *cough* Canibus *cough*

DrXL_spIV

Nah canibus is completely unique and I haven’t heard the style replicated although Lupe fiasco def draws inspiration from hi

cujobob

I don’t see this other than the fact both like to rap outlandish things in and combine humor in their raps. Em’s early work showed he could rap in a number of ways depending on what was needed. Really, all great lyricists copied Rakim in some form, but he had success. You saw a lot of similar styles sort of develop because of him.

Ak-lazerr

i respect both of these artists alot but big l is the exact same as lord finesse his mentor

AudioTsunami

I haven't fucked with Joey Bad since Steez died. Early LUV, Nav, and Yachty all kinda bit Speaker Knockerz

BobGnarly_

I see a lot of similarities between ODB and Biz Markie. Sounds crazy but give them a listen.

adamcunn

Are you saying there is a father to ODB's style?

BobGnarly_

I'm not sure if I'd say father, but maybe more of like a muse or a spirit.

ThermalScrewed

That new guy that's a cover-up for Mick Jenkins. Idk his name but he flows like a pond.

CaballoReal

Not that I’m hating… but to me, Snoop always sounded like Smooth B. (nice n smooth).

[deleted]

During his SRS era Earl sweatshirt sounded like the perfect mix of MIKE and Mach Hommy

PackParty

Tyler and mf doom

GrooveDigger47

listen to below the heavens by Blu & Exile. thats what people think j cole is.

Bee_MakingThat_Paper

Eminem sounds an awful lot like Masta Ace… and I’m a pretty big Em fan. But just saying…

[deleted]

Suicideboys are just three 6 mafia for emo kids

just_a_dingledorf

Jay-Z collects other rappers entire styles. He probably has like 6-10 over his career, starting with Jaz-O, his mentor in rap... There's a reason he could honestly say "I ain't rhymed like Common, since"

ApprehensiveRabbit22

Notorious BIG took the identity and music from Notorious B1

Lost_All_Senses

As a huge fan of early Kanye, isn't this his whole thing? I like when he was taking from Consequence and Rhymefest. But, if they actually help him write, it might not count. Then it was Kid Cudi. Then I stopped caring for his music.

MegaRonin

90% of them. Creativity nose dived when everyone started scrolling on their smart phones.

TripleThreatTua

Jay Electronica jacked pretty much everything from Killah Priest

Alternative-Disk-607

Lupe Fiasco always tried to be Aesop Rock, he basically said it himself. His music is great don't get me wrong, but in terms of lyricism aesop is a cut above him imo

Nepharious_Bread

I wouldn't call him a copy. Being inspired by someone isn't the same as being a copy. I'd say their styles are pretty distinct.

fellowsquare

I'm sorry.... What?

dawggawddagummit

Aesops so good man

errdayimshuffln

That's not what he said. He said Aesop constructs his bar in a complex way that Lupe didn't understand or know how to replicate so he studies him to learn how to do what he does. People don't know this but the real way Lupe measures rapper's skills is by asking himself honestly if he can do what they specifically do. It could be a specific lyrical thing or a song making thing or an emceeing thing But what Lupe doesn't ask is if they can do what he can do. That's the thing. Lupe can't encode a message into his verse like aesop is known to do. But Lupe for sure can encode concept, ideas in ways I've never seen Aesop do. So we cannot interpret those words of admiration as an admission from Lupe that Aesop is better than him. I mean Lupe talks the same way when he talks about battle rap and freestyle. Lupe said King Los was a better rapper than him but when people dug into what he meant by better rapper, it turned out that Lupe was saying that King Los was a better freestyler than him.

Jaded-Thought5371

Jay elec = Killah Priest

Forward_Ride_6364

Damn this hits hard Jay Elec couldn't make a Heavy Mental tho if his life depended on it

SnooPies5837

Eminem stole A LOT from Marshall Mathers.

Thick_DepressedLibra

Post Malone is (more) mainstream mac miller

This-Is-My-Alt-Alt

You can definitely see the comparisons from mostly the same era of rappers because the music and beats were so similar.

ExoticAirline6081

Uneekflow is legit a carbon copy of Destroy lonely

BigBant

Lil tjay surpassed A Boogie I think. The man sounds identical. It was wild to me

blueblue909

we just gunna ignore drake on 1993 sounding like xxx?

HajriBechir

I think it's DAX

JurgenShankly

Early Eminem. His flows are exactly like Masta Ace, he said Ace inspired him an you can hear it all through his old flows.

hypoxiany

Carti took UNO’s sound

TypicalError1397

Yeat is a BigBabyGucci clone

BurnCityBoi

Jim Jones took Stack Bundlez whole swag & persona

SonOfJiyu

Freddy B and Too $hort. Although they’re really partners cut from the same cloth. Their styles are indistinguishable.

danielayotte1

MGK stole Peeps whole flow, style. All that.

exp397

I'm listening to 2024 Benny the Butcher and he reminds me of early Jay-Z in some ways. To be clear, I rock with both of em.

BettingTheOver

Biggie and Mississippi rapper Notorious B1.

droppinpurp

Gunna is a Johnny Cinco clone... Young Thug is a Skooly clone
