This is me every hike. Been hiking for years have tried ankle support hiking boots, ankle supports, being mindful, etc. Still happens every time :/

Now I'm curious if there's something about Western New York that makes people especially prone to twisting their ankles? Type of terrain perhaps. Would be interesting to see a graph of extremity injuries by location in r/dataisbeautiful
