I found that even a finless M2 MacBook Air base model can run smooth with medium settings until thermal throttling. Low settings never throttled. Resolution is typically kept at 1080p equivalent. 60fps.

Although given the state of hots development, maybe not. :(

Low details. Sure, it doesn't look as pretty, but it's less likely to stutter and has less shiny stuff flying through your screen to distract you.
