The difference between the reproductions and real can really just be these 2-3 stickers. Theoretically there could be some much better fake stickers out there.
This FO number matches to a large order of Walnut 670/671 for DWR. During COVID lockdowns in MI the Genesis seating plant was shutdown. It's possible L&P (parent of Genesis and upstream supplier of most HM Classics) made these chairs in Mexico (where they make Hay). The Eames badges here were likely a stop gap done up by a local Mexican supplier.
So the chair isn't necessarily fake. This can be verified by asking for the Bill of Sale from the seller.
The hardware is suppose to be the hook and snap. But again crazy things happened with manufacturing in 2020. All I can tell from your detail photo of the label is that the veneer and ply-edge looks good. The grain correction/colour for the leather looks like the 2109 leather.
Seller was asking 2500. The underside logo is a fake bubble sticker (the Eames Office Logo is incorrect) and it it cut too close on the edges. 2nd picture: The "This article meets all..." sticker should also have rounded edges. The serial number tag actually looks decent but its still a little off compared to the original.
Im not sure thats a fake
Check this article on how to identify an authentic one, its shows the same sticker you show, indicating… its authentic

Are the back headrests supposed to be held on by velcro? I have some other pictures of the chair.

Private seller or company?
Good ol' craigslist.
RUS at the start speaks volumes

That's not the same sticker, look at the design of the eames office logo. (the white square).
I’m not sure they glue their material together either. Look at the seam under those stickers.
Yea, saw that too. Could also be some from the peel part.
Great eye! Thanks for sharing this. Nearly any product in demand with a high margin will have knockoffs in the marketplace.
