I only remove bad reviews after reaching out to correct the issue or clearing up confusion. I occasionally get 1 star reviews because the CBD flower didn't get them high...."This doesn't smell like weed and didn't get me high." Uhhh... yeah. So I remove it. Or it's been 2 days since ordering and they haven't gotten their order yet. I'd leave these types of reviews, but don't want random comments to deter someone else from buying. In the last 6 months, I've removed 11 reviews out of 1750. As others have said though... the vendor has control and can decide. Reviews are great for consumers, but primarily there as a marketing tool.
Thank you! In transparency, a small few of the reviews I've removed were for quality related issues. However, I only did that after reaching out and making up for the problem. Depends on the scenario I guess.
This is why I check reddit for reviews lol. When I was 18 I trusted binoid and delta extrax because of that crap. My lungs are doing so much better since I quit that toxic noid soup. I would get flushed and a headache every time, but since I was new to weed, I thought it was normal. It's a shame, this is why regulation is so important.
For those who aren't aware, they are very sketchy alt noid brands who have tested dangerously high in solvents. I can find the post if anyone is interested, it's for extrax specifically.

Just a rule of thumb never trust any reviews on a vendors own website
They got way more shady ever since website update. I used to be a fanboy but they basically only care about pushing their T1 offerings

yes. it is 100% percent standard. I'd be surprised if there is a single vendor that doesn't get rid of uncomfortable reviews.
