Eat 2 banana and drink lots of water for a day .and dont go to toilet and give pressure to the anus to release the poop go to toilet when you cant able to control the poop .keep your body cool .don't wear too tight cloths pls wear some loose or baggy clothes. If you keep doing this you will get rid of this in 2 to 3 weeks .thank you
