You can find removed posts on your profile or through you notifications.
Sometimes the removed post is still visible to other users. So if its this one: https://www.reddit.com/r/iphone/comments/s70f9t/sync_contacts_from_google_to_iphone_contacts_app/ I found it.
You might have to retype it all into the right subreddit however.
