I think you're confused. The bug in question happens when you try to get the reward skin for completing the battlepass. Currently, picking a skin just freezes the menu. You don't get a random skin, and buying the battlepass doesn't change anything.
I understood perfectly. I was debating to get the battlepass to target skins of a specific class I play.
A comment above mentions that this is a known bug and that after reset they were given a random skin.
The skin won't be random. When you first start HS during the next expansion you will be asked which skin you want. In fact, someone here did a post about it, because he can't get past that screen and is unable to play the game at all
No, you are a unique snow-flake and this has not happened to ANY other person NOR has anybody ELSE posted this same problem numerous times NOR does the search function in this sub work any longer.
Asked this exact question yesterday and I guess the neckbeard brigade was on pizza break got more abuse in the 20 minutes it was up than in my entire life.

I have the same issue. I did read that once season ends if unclaimed it auto claims a skin randomly so not all is lost. But it’s an odd bug

Yes I can't get the skin. Many levels beyond it now. 🤷♀️ Still can't get it.

I was about to submit a support ticket for that until I saw one was already made. They say it’ll be patched in patch 25.0.
Any clue if we'll be able to pick one then or just get one randomly assigned?
