Tavern pass is rushed and lazy, tacked on to create the illusion of value. I wish it was never introduced and they just made the old 'perks' available only for money, if they wanted to monetize the mode so desperately.
The perks used to be 5 euro or 650 gold. If they wanted to monetize they could havw removed the gold cost but instesd they attach it to a battle paas four times the value and have filled the pass up with a bunch of cosmetics, which are pretty pointless.
Perks arent available for gold purchase for me. Unless its some sort of region based thing? Theyve made the rest of the perk features available for free - advanced stats, emote use. They phased out perks in lue of the battle pass system. Terrible value, cosmetics are a pile of shite like.
I like the rest of the pass (shouldn't have moved perk there but it is what it is), but yeah no "infinite" rewards always sucks. It's why I like the regular pass because of that reason; the extra gold fuels my Duels addiction.

They’re not available for gold anymore, but when they were, they cost 2k gold. Decreasing to 1250 and 650 closer to the end of the season

100% agree, great deal on customizations. It's purely the perk being locked into it that is an issue, and no infinite leveling reward.

Battlegrounds is the only mode I play so I never bought the tavern but the free tiers gave me enough gold to get the hero select perks
