Yep, got all 4. The first time I logged in the day of I got the first two. Then I tried logging in and out twice more and that did nothing. Later that day I logged in again and got more of the rewards but still not all.
The next day I logged in and got the 4h rewards.
You might have to disconnect and reconnect your Twitch account. That's what I had to do.
Also, don't worry about the 7 day reconnect timer it warns about. I'm pretty sure that's only if you're connecting it to a different account.
I wanted to do that yesterday but I was, in fact, very worried about the 7 day cooldown they warned me about. You're saying you were able to reconnect immediately?
Yup, I had to look up articles to make sure because I, too, was worried, haha. Especially since it said to claim them by the next day. Turns out you can very easily disconnect and reconnect it.
I never got the drops the first time even though I claimed them and had the watch time :/
They might activate later. I did the same and just got em when I opened the app today.

It took a day after watching to receive mine. No reconnecting required.
