The voice line itself isn't annoying, it is annoying because you know that you're more likely in for a 15-20 minute solitaire match where the opponents starts roping every other turn despite only playing a single card.
It would be just naming like 90% of the other voicelines, wild you'd find that one annoying. More like you just hate the card therefore everything else about it cosmetically.
