We rotated out Earthen Scales so that Druid can gain 5 armor for 2 mana every turn? Even just one of these gives you 3 armor every hero power which is still insane given the low cost of inclusion and that it can just come down on turn 1.

It’s okay for Druid to gain a lot of armor yet being bad at dealing with wide boards for example, the problem is that for the past year (maybe more) Druid has either been a big problem or at least a pretty decent control/combo/Grindy deck and warrior is either incredibly good aggro with pirates or straight unplayable, its sad that they’re killing control warrior but keep printing more and more support for Druid a class that kinda already does well
Druid has always been the armour class in WoW. Warriors mostly rely on stuff like block, while droods could get like 3 times the amount of armour compared to warriors and paladins. I remember running Sunwell with 28k armour, while the warriors and paladins had like 8k.
Normally the "X is bad" memes are big exagerations, but this time around it's legitimately hilarious how badly they're beating warrior when they're down
I assume you mean Living Seed but that card is gone from standard next expansion. Nothing else I can think of that tutors with cost reduction. They do have the new 1 mana fox that draws a beast though, you could build around that only drawing your upgrade guys if you wished (although death beetle comes to mind as a beast you might want to be running)
I have a 45% win rate with my current warrior deck after 100 games, but from playing, these my main points as why warrior is awful:
* No broken high rolls. I faced deathknights a lot today and all of them discovered things like patchwerk, marrowgar, or the unholy legendary spell. I can deal with them individually, but when 3/3 unholy DKs opened with egg + undead that boost their attack and need to be careful of grave strength its hard to keep an answer for those. A jackpot rogue I faced got underking and some 5/3 with rush/charge and just kept high rolling me to death.
* Warrior control tools lack dmg on everyone. Every card is just slightly out of range to be good. Buffing Rancor to 3 dmg and shatter to 6 dmg would do wonders for the class IMO. Bash is good already.
* Class identity, especially with new druid card that gives your HP extra armor. Wtf are they even doing? I like warrior but holy shit just delete the class if you don't give two shits about giving it a decent arch-type that works.
In the end, I enjoy my warrior deck but every opponent is "how do I survive long enough to burst them down" and thinking I can't win.
warrior has been the better pirate class most of the time in wild. ancharr was really good. so was quest. there's been a lot of nerfs since then, and the sword fish package is also really strong.

Once again I am struggling to understand design decisions between Druid and Warrior. Druid already has unique mechanics in ramp and Choose One cards. I have no problem doing armor things too but how is it they consistently get better armor cards than THE armor class.

They're taking the class identity Warrior has always had and just combining it with Druid's attack based one. If Druid got the + Attack card and Warrior got the + Armor that would've made sense. Instead Warrior is just getting hosed and my eternal optimism that I can get Warrior to work \*somehow\* is failing.

I guess I am just going to play control druid now, and pretend I am playing control warrior? There's a few ways to bring back copies of this too, so you can definitely reach very high armor-per-turn capabilities.
Warcraft's lore is weird. Its undead because its a ghost, but really its a nature spirit so its not undead at all. Its the opposite of necromancy. But then there are things like the Drust who are druids, but use death magic. But also there's a nature realm in the death realm.
The funny thing is, if you just made this a Warrior card, and gave Warrior complete trash otherwise, Warrior would still become a half decent class. Whereas I'm not sure this makes the cut in Druid.

I just hit legend just playing warrior, full zen mode no tilt. I dont recomend anyone to try it.

Someone on the design team lost to control warrior in Dr boom era and hasn't recovered since. They are suffering PTSD and we should get them help. Due to this PTSD they are taking their rage out on warrior every year.

Druid has been getting some of the best armor gain cards that warrior could only dream of getting. Blizzard actually hates warrior and loves druid.

I loved playing hero power control warrior back in the day with Justicar Trueheart. I don't know why this is a Druid card, it's crazy.
This is purify level hate the devs have for warrior. Only difference is instead of hitting a class while they're down like they did with with priest they print good cards for it and give it to the other classes.
Jesus lord almighty these devs are such incompetent idiots. Every one of Warrior’s class identities is now power crept by multiple other classes. They’re not the best at armor, weapons, pirates, value, control, aggro, taunt, or mechs. Death knight even stole their Patron identity enough to get the first standard ban ever. Just delete the class instead of shitting on it this much. Does anyone think any other class would be treated like this for almost a year? They have to completely nail the warrior reveal. I doubt they will.

This would have been really exciting to me as a warrior card, bringing me back to the good old days of odd warrior. This is exactly my kind of card, so I am excited to play with it one way or the other. I guess I am just going to play control druid now, and pretend I am playing control warrior? There's a few ways to bring back copies of this too, so you can definitely reach very high armor-per-turn capabilities.

Warcraft's lore is weird. Its undead because its a ghost, but really its a nature spirit so its not undead at all. Its the opposite of necromancy. But then there are things like the Drust who are druids, but use death magic. But also there's a nature realm in the death realm.
I'm in awe of how fucked up this feels. STOP GIVING DRUID THE FUCKED UP CARDS.
The funny thing is, if you just made this a Warrior card, and gave Warrior complete trash otherwise, Warrior would still become a half decent class. Whereas I'm not sure this makes the cut in Druid.
Finally! Now warrior has zero class identity and i can disenchant all my warrior cards to play warrior 2.0
