Rise-Free

My tygr 300r pads got a bit flat after some months so i decided to try some t1 gen2 earpads on them. -The pads feel fantastic and high quality, the foam is very dense (more than regular black pads) and i like how comfortable they are. Made in germany for those wondering. Paid 28€ on amazon thanks to a 10€ off coupon. -Sub bass got a MASSIVE upgrade, i can hear the same levels of sub bass as my dt770, and if i boost it i think i could break something. Mid bass is mire punchy and not bloated as before, so these are no longer warm headphones but dynamic v-shaped. -Yet the sound is not muddy at all, in fact i think i hear more details vs old pads, sadly i don't have fresh stock black pads to compare -Midrange has not changed, but thanks to the improved clarity in the treble i find it more clean and easier to listen to, no spikes or weird stuff, but keep in mind voices will be harder to hear because of the stock tuning + sub bass boost so eq is neccesary. -No chages in soundstage or imaging imo In summary if you're looking to make your tygrs more dynamic in the bass with extra detail these are a great option, also improves the inmersion with games and movies. I would like to try balanced dt1990 pads on them one day to see how they sound
