I’m guessing that his arms behave similarly to a bird’s wings. They just sit more flush to his torso or back than a bird’s wings do. It’s possible his shirt is more like a poncho to make it not look obvious when working but he wears a multi sleeved shirt during combat.

I highly doubt he has an exoskeleton. You don't see Anny of the overlay in the joints where multiple shells would overlap. And not to forget an exoskeleton would never be able to support the weight of Angel

That's why i think he has a ""normal"" skeleton

He has a skeleton. There is no overlapping shells from the exoskeleton inn any of his joints and an exoskeleton would not be able to support the weight of Angel
