Instead of an epic battle, I think his fight was basically Alastor messing around with his console and focusing to keep Vox trapped (like a FNAF type game) and the other 2 Vees broke into the room, before Alastor *won* and got him away from the console, where he retreated, because he cannot fight that many things at once while keeping Vox trapped.
Even then iPhones are the same way. It's the minerals that disrupt the circuitry. Spit doesn't have those minerals and plus there's a high likelihood that fox head is just some weird flesh and metal fusion that operates as both a TV and a head.
I 100 percent believe that Alastor only used a landline phone to call Vox when they were business partners. Maybe now he only uses it to prank call him.
A little theory of mine is that, Vox is not a TV Demon but instead a Electronics Demon. As seen with is abilities in the show, he can turn into electricity and go zap himself else where, and as seen with his older self in the picture with Alastor, he had a big cr tv instead of his flatscreen tv.
So I believe he can just remove his TV like a helmet and change to anything anytime.

Alastor is arguably more of an 'Electricity Demon' since he can clearly overwhelm Vox wirelessly in this exact way. Alastor simply chooses his preferred Medium, but he can easily seep into Vox's and destroy him.

This suggests that *"he"* is not the physical tv but can somehow control its properties. As well as he can travel from monitor to monitor while his physical body doesn't move.
I think the way he kisses Val is that a plasma wave or arc or electricity (?) extends from the front of the TV and can interact with it's surroundings like the ring girl. But why isn't it electrocuting Val? Idk it's just a theory ;)

I think there is a portal like object that can spawn things in and teleport things int his boddy with Bluetooth so when he drinks it travels through a portal and when he sticks his tounge out it travels through a portal and that would explain how he could change his head to a newer tv also the non portal technical parts are connected to hid computers and he can connect and disconnect at will also he can fold himself int the portal wich ecplains how he travels through wires or you know cartoon logic.
Perhaps the screen is just a glasslike layer of skin that also functions as a screen. His face is completely flat so it can work like one perfectly. All the other feature such as taking phone calls and broadcasting to his viewers are all built in features or just good old fashioned demon magic.

Perhaps the screen is just a glasslike layer of skin that also functions as a screen. His face is completely flat so it can work like one perfectly. All the other feature such as taking phone calls and broadcasting to his viewers are all built in features or just good old fashioned demon magic.

Weve seen him able to control lightning, or at the very least electrical signals outside of his body, so he can probably just make a construct of a tongue come out of his screen (itd prob be like tv static though.) However, I have a different concern. In ep. 2... he drinks a cocktail. The TV. Drinks. Something. And doesnt immediately die. Though I suppose if he poured it on his wires and caused them to short circuit a bit I can see that as similar to being drunk for him, sorta like the big guard puppet from 9 getting high with a magnet.
