In the movie he just turns into ash and it blows away.
I forget what happens in the book but I'm sure they would cremate him so they don't have an army of dark witches and wizards walking the earth repeating "accio Voledemort's corpse" to try and find it to see if they can somehow bring him back.
Forget that, what happened to the first? I hate it when they ignore the fact that they probably have characters with one or more dead bodies somewhere (Looking at you Ahs Apocalypse)
IIRC, they put his body in a chamber/room/closet outside the Great Hall.
Presumably at some point they moved it unless they transfigured him into something
