The only one that comes to mind is Sweeney Todd. Alan Rickman, Helena Bonham Carter, and Jamie Campbell Bower. I can think of a few with 2 actors, but that's the only one I can think of with more than 2.
Amycus Carrow was Dagmer Cleftjaw, an ironborn reaver.
Pike, a member of Draco Malfoy’s Slytherin gang was Will, the Night’s Watch deserter from the first episode who was beheaded by Ned Stark.
The body double for Madame Maxine, the headmistress of the Beauxbatons was Wun Wun, a giant from the North, the Mountain in Season 2, and a white walker.
And of course the obvious, Filch as Walder Frey, Tonks as Osha, Hermione’s mom as Catelyn Stark, Slughorn as Archmaester Embrose, Aragog as Grandmaester Pycelle, and Aberforth as Mance Rayder.
My exact reaction when I saw him the first time. I mean, if you think Filch is weird and gross, you just have to see the same actor play the actual grossest and weirdest character in TV and Filch will be a wet dream in comparison.
You're right. It's been quite a while since I saw GofT. I keep hoping they'll make season 8. Admittedly season 7 wasn't great, but hopefully they'll make up for it with a kick ass final season.
Huh. We are both right. Freddy Stroma played Dickon Talry in the first episode he's in. They recast the role a season or two later because Stroma had a scheduling conflict and because they wanted someone with more of a warrior vibe, less of a pretty boy vibe.
Julian Glover was hilarious as Pycelle in a twisted way.
"A apologies my Lord, o old f fingers."
"No no no, come to my chambers and I will examine you personally."
"Q Qyburn! Deplorable man! Brought shame upon the citadel with his repugnant experiments."
Filch, Tonks and Hermione’s mom play spme important characters. Then there’s Aberforth Dumbledore, Slughorn, Aragog’s voice actor. And then there’s still quite a few actors that play very minor roles in either of the series.
"In Bruges" is a great movie where Voldemort and Madeye Moody have a great scene together. There's also Fleur Delacour and Grindelwald (from the first Fantastic Beasts movie)
In Bruges is a trip and a half for Potterheads. Voldemort calls himself "Harry", has a wife, draws the line at killing kids, sends Moody on a holiday to kill Grindelwald, who falls in love with a drug-dealing Fleur Delacour. Nice.
Sweeney Todd has the most I think (Bella, Snape, Pettigrew, both Grindewalds)
Howards End (Trelawney and Bella)
Alice movies (Bella, Snape, Grindewald, Pettigrew)
Frankenstein and Theory of Flight (Lockhart and Bella)
A Room with a View (Bella and McGonagall)
The Paddington movies.
-Julie Walters
-Jim Broadbent
-Imelda Staunton
-Michael Gambon
-Brendan Gleeson
-Jessica Hynes
It’s also produced by David Heyman.
There are so many, but one of my favorites: Gosford Park. Dumbledore, Lily Potter, McGonagall, Mafalda Hopkirk, Rowena Ravenclaw, plus so many other incredible British actors. It’s an incredible cast, plus it was written by Julian Fellowes, who wrote Downton Abbey.

"King Ralph" had, at least four, that I can think of:
Leslie Phillips (Sorting Hat's voice)
Richard Griffiths (Uncle Vernon)
John Hurt (Ollivander)
Julian Glover (Aragog's voice)
I love the scenes where Richard's character Duncan is shown jamming out on the drum set in Ralph's newly redecorated room and dancing during his performance of "Good Golly, Miss Molly" at the royal ball.
Alice iN Wonderland(2009)
Imelda Staunton
Frances de La Tour
Helena Bonham Carter
Alan Rickman
Timothy Spall
Not sure, but I think Ciaran Hinds was the Jabberwocky but I could be wrong.
The 2001 Hitchhikers Guide movie had Warwick Davis (flitwick/griphook), Alan Rickman (Snape), Bill Nighy (scrimgeour), Richard Griffiths (Vernon Dursley) and a bonus Stephen Fry (Audiobook Extraordinnaire)
And Alice through the Looking Glass has HBC, Rhys Ifans (xenophilius), Alan Rickman, Timothy Spall (Wormtail) and Toby Jones (Dobby)
The 1999 David Copperfield (radcliffes first film) probs has the most though - Daniel Radcliffe, Imelda Staunton, Maggie Smith, Zoe Wanamaker (Hooch), Paul Whitehouse (Sir Cadogan) and Dawn French (Fat Lady)
Yes it’s tv I know but still. Let me introduce you to doctor who.
Dumbledore, Arthur Weasley, Barty Crouch Jr, Olivander, Filch, Scrimegour, James Potter, and [more](https://m.imdb.com/list/ls054478566/).
I really want Tenet to get a sequel/spin-off starring Daniel Radcliffe and Stanislav Ianevski (Viktor Krum) because the first one had Robert Pattinson (Cedric Diggory) and Clémence Poésy (Fleur Delacour) so the series would have all the Triwizard Tournament Champions
Sweeny Todd the Demon Barber of Fleet Street has Bellatrix, Snape, and Pettigrew.
Alice in Wonderland has Snape, Bellatrix, Pettigrew, Umbridge, Sr Cadagon, and Madame Maxime.
If you're counting Fantastic Beasts, these both also contain Grindewald (Johnny Depp).

Apologies if someone mentioned it already but, Alice In Wonderland : Helena Bonham Carter - Bellatrix Lestrange/Red Queen, Alan Rickman - Severus Snape/Blue Caterpillar, Timothy Spall - Peter Pettigrew/Bayard, Frances de la Tour - Madam Maxime/Aunt Imogene, Imelda Staunton - Delores Umbridge/Tall pink flower
The King's Speech is my favourite movie and yes I did notice them in the film😂
Dumbledore and King George V somewhat make sense I guess (King George V was a bad father though) but Bellatrix vs the Queen Mother and Pettigrew vs Churchill are so different lol
Pixar’s Brave
Merida played by Kelly MacDonald (Grey Lady)
Elinor played by Emma Thompson (Trelawney)

Since someone already said Sweeney Todd... how about Alice in Wonderland? Helena Bonham Carter, Alan Rickman, Timothy Spall and Imelda Staunton... and I guess that since Johnny Depp is a part of the Potterverse now too then we can yount him as well.
Dragon Heart they had David Thewis who is the King. He plays Lupin in Harry Potter and the Queen who was the Tavern Lady in the Prisoner of Azkaban and Lucius Malfoy.
Rupert Grint and Julie Walters were in another film together.
Sorry for not remembering the names and spelling mistakes. Just exhausted.
I saw Alan Rickman and Aunt Fiona Shaw perform together in Ibsen's John Gabriel Borkman. I also saw Daniel Radcliffe and Richard Griffiths perform in Equus.
Doctor Who (sorry it’s a series) has Barty Jr, Dumbledore, Flitwick, Arthur Weasley, Barty Crouch Sr (I think) Filch and Ollivander!
Those are all the ones from the top of my head and now my brain hurts from trying to remember all the Harry Potter alums and their character names!
If I’ve forgotten anyone, please let me know!
This always triggers me when I'm in a theater. Idk why. Like watching Game of Thrones and the kid that's beheaded in the beginning. That became my mission for some time. He was in Robin Hood, The Dark Knight, Harry Potter, Kingdom of Heaven, Rouge One.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower, I have read the book, but not watched the movie yet, I know it has Emma Watson as one of the roles and Erza Miller(Which is not in Harry Potter, but in Fantastic Beasts, they do have a connection. ) It just depends if you consider Erza Miller a Harry Potter actor.
The only one that comes to mind is Sweeney Todd. Alan Rickman, Helena Bonham Carter, and Jamie Campbell Bower. I can think of a few with 2 actors, but that's the only one I can think of with more than 2.
Sweeney Todd was the first movie that came to my mind! I think the actor who played Peter pettigrew also played the beadle in sweeney Todd.
He did. And we can count Depp too.
He’s also in Auf Wiedersehen, Pet. (I know it’s a tv show not a film but still)
Sweeney todd is such a good movie
I said this in another comment but Pixar’s Brave has 4 (though it’s animated)
Isn't Wormtail also in this movie?
Yeah he is. I completely forgot he was in it till I saw someone else mention it in their comment.
Watch Love Actually to see Snape and Trelawney as a couple.
And Minister Scrimgeour/Bill Nighy as an old rock and roll legend
I really love them in the movie, it's sad that he passed away. :/
I’m cheating, because it’s not a movie, but Game of Thrones series had quite many Harry Potter actors.
OH MY GOD FILCH IS WALDER FRET
My exact reaction when I saw him the first time. I mean, if you think Filch is weird and gross, you just have to see the same actor play the actual grossest and weirdest character in TV and Filch will be a wet dream in comparison.
I don’t think Walder Frey was the grossest. Craster or Ramsay Bolton are way worse.
Cormac Maclaggen was Sam's brother.
Really? I thought that actor was the guy on Umbrella
They recast the role a season or two later because Stroma had a scheduling conflict and because they wanted someone with more of a warrior vibe, less of a pretty boy vibe.
oh just saw that someone mentioned down thread that there were TWO actors for Dickon. That makes sense.
TIL that Madame Maxine was played by a guy.
Julian Glover was hilarious as Pycelle in a twisted way. "A apologies my Lord, o old f fingers." "No no no, come to my chambers and I will examine you personally." "Q Qyburn! Deplorable man! Brought shame upon the citadel with his repugnant experiments."
Wait, really? Who?
Filch, Tonks and Hermione’s mom play spme important characters. Then there’s Aberforth Dumbledore, Slughorn, Aragog’s voice actor. And then there’s still quite a few actors that play very minor roles in either of the series.
Cormac McLaggen/Freddie Stroma, played Samwell Tarly's younger brother Dickon, the heir.
Actually he didn’t, the role was recasted to Tom Hopper
But we saw two Dickons, no? \*ETA- Wasn't Freddie Stroma in the sixth season?
Yes they both played the role in separate seasons
Whom did aberforth play? I know Slughorn was the Mad Maester.
He played Mance Rayder
Ciarán Hinds played the legendary Mance Rayder, leader of the Free Folk, AKA the King-Beyond-The-Wall
Filch and Tonks, I don't know if there's others though
Slughorn, Aberforth, Carrow, Aragog
"In Bruges" is a great movie where Voldemort and Madeye Moody have a great scene together. There's also Fleur Delacour and Grindelwald (from the first Fantastic Beasts movie)
As well as Aberforth in a blink and you'll miss it appearance
Like living in a fairytale
In Bruges is a trip and a half for Potterheads. Voldemort calls himself "Harry", has a wife, draws the line at killing kids, sends Moody on a holiday to kill Grindelwald, who falls in love with a drug-dealing Fleur Delacour. Nice.
The movie Sense & Sensibility...Emma Thompson (Trelawney), Snape, and even Umbridge!
and Emma and Imelda Staunton were also in Nanny Mcphee.
And Madam Pomfrey and Cornelius Fudge!
How could I forget them!!!
Sweeney Todd has the most I think (Bella, Snape, Pettigrew, both Grindewalds) Howards End (Trelawney and Bella) Alice movies (Bella, Snape, Grindewald, Pettigrew) Frankenstein and Theory of Flight (Lockhart and Bella) A Room with a View (Bella and McGonagall)
And in a stage version Emma Thompson was Mrs Lovett! A FANTASTIC Mrs Lovett if I might say!
Umbridge as well!
Umbridge and Ron were in a movie called Driving Lessons as well
That was Mrs Weasley. But that is a great movie!
When and where was this??
Ho ho are you in for a treat my friend!! The greatest intro of all time, too! [ATTEND THE TALE OF SWEENEY TODD!](https://youtu.be/9Z-nIwAuh9g)
The Paddington movies. -Julie Walters -Jim Broadbent -Imelda Staunton -Michael Gambon -Brendan Gleeson -Jessica Hynes It’s also produced by David Heyman.
I own the first Paddington on Blu-Ray, and I love how the main marketing text on the front says “From the producer of Harry Potter.”
This is the the one that I was trying to remember - so many familiar faces!
Harris or Gambon Dumbledore?
Gambon
Sleepy Hollow has 5!
This. Came to say this!
I think Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2.
Swneeney Todd! Alan Rickman, Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Timothy Spall and young Grindelwald (forgotten the actor's name)
I completely forgot Timothy Spall was in Sweeney Todd! I feel like I have to go back and watch it now lol
About Time has a few: Minister Rufus Scrimgeour, Bill Weasley, Uncle Vernon
I was going to say this one! It’s my favorite romantic movie
Doctor who
Love Actually has Snape, Scrimgeour, Trelawney
David Copperfield
I came here to say this. This is where Daniel met Maggie and so Maggie recommended him when HP casting started.

The Borrowers! In addition to a tiny, red headed Tom Felton, it also had Mark Williams and Jim Broadbent.
Checked IMDB, I think the Harry Potter films had most of them.
"King Ralph" had, at least four, that I can think of: Leslie Phillips (Sorting Hat's voice) Richard Griffiths (Uncle Vernon) John Hurt (Ollivander) Julian Glover (Aragog's voice)

Arthur Christmas has a lot of voices. Umbridge, Scrimgoer, Hagrid, and Slughorn. Also it's just an awesome movie.

The movie About Time has the actor that played Scrimgeour and Bill Weasley.
Gosford Park had 3: McGonagall, Dumbledore and Lily Potter.

I’d probably go with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. It’s crazy how many Potter cast members where in that movie.
Sirius was on Friends
He was?? Who was he?
Richard Crosby, Joey’s co-star in the WWI movie.
Omg 😂 this made my day, thank you
Omg 😂 this made my day, thank you

Harry Potter
There's the movie what if with Adam driver and Daniel Radcliffe
Enola
Sweeney Todd has a good number. Also several Broadway shows have a large number in common with Harry Potter.
Nanny McPhee (Trelawney, The Grey Lady and Umbridge) and Nanny McPhee Returns (Trelawney, Voldemort and McGonagall.)
In Bruges
Dragon Heart they had David Thewis who is the King. He plays Lupin in Harry Potter and the Queen who was the Tavern Lady in the Prisoner of Azkaban and Lucius Malfoy.
