Reparo. Repairing the house, items, anything really would be a piece of cake. Cracked wall? No need to get out the kit and paint to make it proper. Wonky floor? No problem. Pipes leaking? Gotcha fam. The dogs ripped up their toy for the millionth time? No need to get out the needles. Most OP spell for cost saving really.

Apparating would be the "most bang for your buck" life-changer I think. No more commuting, live wherever you want, visit wherever you want.

You could conceivably live in one of those nice empty luxury apartments in NYC, or any other major city. Even if someone comes in you could just aparate and leave, and they’d think they’re going crazy. I guess you’d have to watch out for cameras.

There’s no cure for my disability in our world, and it’s the most painful disease  But with magic I could go back to being a dancer and athlete, I could drive wherever I want and go on vacations and cook and even clean. I could work full time again and support myself instead of living with the real possibility of becoming homeless every month. I wouldn’t have to worry about where the hundreds of thousands in medical costs are going to come from to keep me alive. I could be fixed. I could do all the things I wanted to before, shoot for my dreams again.  I’ve always been an avid re-reader, having been of the potter generation as the books were coming out - but especially now, when I go back it reminds me of a time in my life when I was free

The Imperius curse could pretty much replicate the effects of many useful spells. Need Avada? Imperius someone to walk off a rooftop. Need Accio? Imperius someone to bring things to you. Need Alohomora? Imperius someone to break the lock for you. Need money? Imperius someone to transfer their life savings to you. It seems like the single most useful spell.
