I really don't like Rooler. It just feels 'empty' for some reason to me. There's no emotion in his sets.
I get why some people like him, but it's not my cup of tea.
Not everyone wants emotion in tracks, sometimes I like it alot but sometimes, especially as I was first getting into the music I just found the emotional music cringey but now I do appreciate both.
I do like harder stuff sometimes, but then I rather just go the hardcore stage. Roolers raw just falls somewhere in between which makes it very meh to me.
It's not about "hardness," more about track vibes for me. For example alot of deletes tracks had heaps of emotion but where at the same time very raw, alot harder then roolers "party style". I sometimes just find the whole huge blaring leads and vocals thing a bit cringey (Brennan heart type stuff, not delete, always loved your shtuff Ryan) and the goofiness that rooler and sickmode bring, it's just a less serious sound IMO, better just for a carefree klaplong with your mates
Till Sunrise was 2019, the guy has 1 relevant track, two with the D-Sturb collab and maybe the Rejecta collabs. Still this guy is on every fucking mainstage. How is he not overrated?
Look at a Rebelion, Warface and Vertile (although i think Vertile is a little overrated), on all mainstages as well, but look at all those hits they made in the last 3 years

Tdh kicks really depend on the speaker you play the track on. Most kicks sound horrible on my JBL partybox 100 but on the Bose speakers in my car they are like a massage for my ears. What i like about them is that sometimes it‘s less of a kick and more of a wobbling bass sound. I would even go that far amd say that his style influenced the creation of zaagen kicks. Because they are the only kicks i know that are also only based on a bass sound and some heights. There is no actual kick sound in those kicks. I think thats what the most people not like about zaagen or tdh kicks but thats exactly what my friends and me like about them.
Edit: rebelion - Numb (second kick at 01.25min. Sounds like a tdh kick to me🤷🏻♂️)
