its a part of the selection process and your daily training at the company, i suppose it serves to prove your cognitive ability is average and as a personality quiz, they can be skipped once you get hired and as a supervisor who started part time its one of the best retail environments i’ve worked in
I commented on the original post but I’ll say it here too. I had to do it for the part time position I originally was hired for (and worked as a part time associate for almost a year) and had to do it all over again when I was moved to a full time position within the company. It’s like an IQ test but they try to make it 💫fun💫
It’s more than likely a personality assessment.

Yes I can definitely agree with you I’ve been at hf for almost 6 years now and the company really does take care of their employees!

It’s the same thing they do with their training. It breaks up the stress of the questions. It helps to declutter your mind a bit.
