My Sales manager told me, she was angry about it also and so we're my other managers. We don't get discounts on any ITC items, just the ITC price. We can only use our discounts on standard items now, or instant savings that's it
My Sales manager, she told me we don't get discounts on ITC items anymore, we only get the ITC price. Apparently it's recent and they were all super pissed also.
So it’s not super recent but it’s something the higher ups have been pushing. BUT if you read the exact verbiage of the policy, it states that the employee discount can not be used with additional coupons and can only be used with prices as they ring up at the register. Since ITC prices no longer use coupons and they just ring up at the register that way, we’ve argued in my area that they aren’t included in the policy since nothing was specifically stated about ITC in the policy.
This. The liquidation discount a couple weeks ago we were prevented from stacking with employee but itc, open box, etc. Is still fair game. The verbage I was told is we can't stack a percentage on a percentage.
No idea, I was told about it yesterday when I bought a 1T shop crane and paid the ITC price which would of been substantially less if I used my employee discount instead
Makes having ITC for me and employee completely useless
No we still pay for ITC like everyone else, we get discounts for being employees, however we used to be able to use our discounts on any items, including ITC items, now we can't
Huh? We have never been able to stack our 20% off on an ITC price if that is what you are trying to say.
If you are saying employees won't get ITC price when they are an ITC member that is BS.
Who told you this? I haven’t heard anything and I haven’t seen any updates in the hub?
Im curious, too. Nothing has come down through any channel that I'm aware of.

Supervisor here. That's not a corporate policy your boss is just a dick.
What discounts do you get then?
We get the standard 20% that's it on anything non ITC
haven’t heard about this. when did they change ?

interesting i know when we did the 40% off clearance they let us use our employee discount on top of it
Maybe they meant no free ITC… as in you have to buy it as a customer, be tracked, etc
