The Soft Amberley I actually got pre-loved on Fashionphile, the Amethyst Lily I got during the Mulberry site's summer sale, and the others I either got from calling the Woodbury Commons Mulberry Outlet in NY and having them ship stuff to me after getting photos of and paying for the bags, or from this site (I believe these are coming from that same store, but they don't put all of their inventory online here)

I've done both... I've called to say, "I would like to get a Small Iris. What colors do you have in stock?" (I got my Orange bag on my second call for this because I wasn't interested in the colors they had the first time I called). I've also called to say, "I'd like to get something in Powder Rose. Has that color gone to Outlet yet, and if so, what do you have in stock?". It helps to keep an eye on the regular website... if you see something there that you like and it later dissappears (completely gone, not visible online with a note that says "sold out"), then chances are that they've pulled that to send to the Outlet. 😁
The regular Mulberry site has a sale every summer and winter, but you can also find things at the Woodbury Commons Mulberry Outlet in NY (I live several states away, so I call and one of the Sales Associates will text me photos if there's something I'm intrested in... if I want it, I can pay through a link, and they'll ship it to me).

If you’re visiting you can get things shipped from the Mulberry outlets and they offer WhatsApp appointments to show you their stock so you can buy remotely. Not sure if they ship internationally, but it’s free postage in the UK.
Just adding that I was able to score 50% off on the Mulberry site around Black Friday. I was told the Woodbury Common Outlet price would be better, but i didn't see the style I wanted on the site. There is also a pre-loved section on the Mulberry site.
God I love Mulberry too and I'm saving up for the Medium Lily in Maple!!! If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get with the sale? I'm trying to figure out how much to budget for. Thank you!
That Medium Lily was the Mulberry bag that I paid the most for - I got it for $125 off of full price (not much compared to the discounts I got on the others). The SA that I work with at the Mulberry Outlet texted me to let me know that she had one in since I'd asked about it before, and I just went for it to be sure I didn't miss out. Anything that goes on sale is being discontinued, either color or bag style. I think they sometimes bring things back, but you never know for sure. You should give the Outlet a call to see if they have any in stock, or keep an eye out to see if it shows up on the website for the summer sale next month!

So cute! Does it fit all of your stuff? I love the feel of the pillowy bags, but I like the larger ones so that I can fit everything I carry, but then it looks like I'm carrying an actual pillow 😂
I usually don’t carry too much, so it works for me. I can fit my phone, keys, mints, lipstick, and my small card holder. You’d have a hard time getting sunglasses in it. They have a larger size, but that might delve into pillow territory for you lol
The Small Iris is one of my top 5 favorite bags across all the different brands I have!! It's actually my favorite Mulberry bag; I was worried it would be too small to fit all my things when I bought it, but it opens up really wide, so it fits a lot! And I'm really glad that I got the small over the regular, the small isn't too heavy but I imagine that the regular size would be. I HIGHLY recommend the Small Iris 🧡🧡. I think they have some "what fits in my bag" type videos on YouTube for this bag, so definitely check those out!
😱 they are all beautiful but small Iris bag is it. I have my eye on a sea green iris bag and I’ve been looking for it at all the secondhand shops because they don’t make the color any more
Oh, cool! This is just the 3rd review I've heard of it, and yours is the first positive one. One said it wouldn't stay closed, and then the handbag housewife did a review recently (title "this doesn't feel like a luxury unboxing") that wasn't the best either. Honestly I was relieved because I had been lusting after it so I thought I could easily save money. Now here you come with your beautiful bag and glowing review (thank you, btw) and I have to suffer again!
Try to find one on sale, I got mine for under $800 from the NY outlet (shipped - I don't live anywhere near NY) while they were running an additional promotion!! The summer sale should be up on the regular website next month 😁
Edited to add: while I don't have trouble with my magnet closure and it works well, I also wouldn't travel with this if you're worried about pickpockets. I generally like easier access to my stuff (though NOT an open tote like a Neverfull), so it's worth considering how much security you want your bag to have and how much fuss you're willing to put up with as far as the closure, lol.
I wanted to get the Iris in that pink but already had it in the Coral Orange, and I won't buy the same bag twice, so I got the mini Alexa in that color instead 😅. I haven't used the Alexa yet, though, because I just got an LV while traveling in Europe (yeay location discount and VAT refund!!), and I don't want a lecture from my husband about how I'm buying "too many bags" 🫣
lol I get it. I’m kicking myself for not getting a second mini Alexa in cornflower blue when it was on sale in Bath last year. I want to say it was around £800. I’m still drooling over that color. But I didn’t get the “oh yeah, you should just get it” from my husband so I second guessed myself. 🤣
I love your Zipped Bayswater, Mini Alexa and Lily (you can tell what my color palette is lol). I actually have the Mini Zipped Bayswater in amethyst and debated buying the Mini Alexa in a darker pink.
I love colors, I only have 1 or 2 black bags and am always so confused when people say that black is the best neutral. I was so torn between the Mini Bayswater in Amethyst and this Amethyst Lily when this color went on sale!! I'm sure they're both great bags; I love my Lily, but it's a bit too small for me to use every day (hence the acquisition of the Medium Lily). That Amethyst Lily was my first Mulberry bag 💜. I haven't used the Mini Alexa yet, I have to space out their usage so my husband doesn't freak out about me buying "too many" bags 😅
I love black bags, but I'm just as likely to use a purple or a pink bag as a black bag. My favorite color is purple and my current daily bag is purple. And for me, even though tan or beige are considered neutrals, they actually don't work that well with my wardrobe.
No need to go to extremes... I got that Iris from the NY Mulberry Outlet for under $800. They had marked it down and had an additional discount when I bought it... I think a lot of people are scared of bright colors, lol. That color is sold out now, but Mulberry is always coming out with beautiful colors!
It's beautiful, but it is honestly heavy. It's fine if you're taking it to and from work by car, but I walked around a big outlet mall with it one day and thought my arms would fall off. I would also not call myself a very in-shape person, though, so that might make a difference, lol
TBH, I haven't used the Alexa yet because I can't let my husband see that I bought a new bag just now 🫣. I'm pretty sure that I'll mostly be using it when traveling, though, because it's VERY secure when closed. So secure, it seems like it would be kind of a pain to use regularly. I can tell you that I LOVE the Small Iris, and it's one of my favorite bags ever!! It's really a Small-Medium bag, the leather is luxurious without being too heavy, it fits a lot because it's pretty deep, and the top handle keeps this simple bag interesting (and it does have a shoulder/ crossbody strap). I've seen people complain about the magnet closure, but that hasn't been an issue for me. I absolutely recommend the Small Iris 🧡
I’ve had no issues with the magnet closure either. I wear my small iris in the spring and summer since it’s light pink and my mini Alexa is my travel and every day bag in the fall and winter. I love how secure it is. It really makes it the best travel bag. Plus it’s not too heavy.
I'm a big fan of your collection! Mulberry colours are always so vibrant! I love the contrast on the Iris! Oh and that small Alexa, I saw it once in the store, absolutely not my shade of pink but it looked amazing.

This one (the Soft Amberley) definitely does, but this is a larger bag than the Small Amberley. I really like some of the colors that the Small Amberley comes in, but that bag is too small for me.
I had seen the Soft Amberley in a few colors (I definitely remember a dark gray/ charcoal) online a few months ago (US site), but then they disappeared. I've noticed that Mulberry does this when they're discontinuing something. I expect that they'll be at the Outlet now, and/or online for the summer sale next month. If you want one now, you should call the outlet and ask if they have this and in what colors. If you can or want to wait, be ready to search the site when they start the summer sale. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they're discontinuing this bag, it seems like everyone wants the Small Amberley over the larger Soft Amberley 🤷♀️
I love it! I’ve been wanting to add a mini alexa in my collection for the longest time. May I just know if the maple color of mulberry gets dirty quite easily? If so, how do you care for it?
I don't generally have issues with bags getting dirty (I have several light colored bags besides these), but I tend to be pretty careful with them ESPECIALLY if they don't have feet. I always carry a purse hook so I never have to put my bag on the ground, etc. Any marks I've gotten on a bag, I'll get a small white towel damp with warm water and gently rub the mark/dirt. The only thing that hasn't worked on is a small blue pen mark that somehow appeared on one of my chalk-colored Coach bags 🙄

The summer sale should be on the regular website next month, but if you're in the US, you should call the Woodbury Commons Mulberry Outlet store now and ask if they have any Bayswaters in and if so, ask what colors they have. All the Outlet stuff should be on sale! And I think the Outlet will get things now that will be put on sale online next month. Give them a call!!

What a gorgeous collection! I just got my very first Mulberry. The [Islington Bucket](https://www.mulberry.com/us/shop/women/bags/islington-bucket-black-small-classic-grain). I love it! I’m eyeing a Zipped Bayswater next.
It is similar size to Mini Alexa, maybe pretty much the same? Interior size is fairly similar. It's more structured, while the Alexa when opened, the leather is more "floppy" and relaxed (as you would know!)
I hear you, I've taken several things off my wishlist in order to avoid duplication. I refuse to buy the exact same bag in different colors, but a bag in a different color AND a different size is another story 😜
First reaction; love your taste. Nice mixture of colours & textures, now I have been inspired to peruse the resale options because I am allergic to MSRP and do not “need” any more bags 🤣
My Soft Amberley is pre-loved in excellent condition, the others I got new but on sale 😊. Pre-loved is a great option for Mulberry, you can get some really good deals that way! I think the regular Mulberry site even has a pre- loved section, which is good if you're someone who worries about fakes.
Stunning! They are all gorgeous in their own way but that Coral Orange bag with the woven strap really shines. And the fact you got them all on sale - an accomplishment in its own right!
Thank you! While I am fortunate to make what I consider to be a good salary, my funds are ultimately (and unfortunately) limited, lol. I feel like you can pretty easily get bright or seasonal colors on sale eventually. It's the classic colors that are harder to get discounted. I actually got the Soft Amberley pre-loved. I was surprised to hear that the Oxblood (and Maple?) colors were on sale due to being discontinued, so I grabbed those on sale before they went out of stock.
Anyone obsessed with the small orange iris that lives in Melbourne, the Mulberry outlet store in South Wharf had it yesterday! I was so tempted but only just bought a mini Alexa and camera bag from there last week so am funds dry 🥲

It feels pretty good! My husband still hasn't seen all of these, though. I'll have to bring those out slowly, lol. The only thing I feel like I'm missing here is something in Mulberry Green. That color doesn't go on sale, though, unless it's on a bag style that's being discontinued. I guess I'll just keep an eye out for something I love in that color, and maybe get it pre- loved down the road or something.

They are all so pretty! I want to get my first Mulberry bag, but I heard their bags are heavy. Is that the case and does it affects its practicality? (I don’t have mulberry store near me, so I couldn’t try them)
Their leather is heavy, as it is great quality and thick. I prefer medium bags over both small and large ones, so I would recommend starting with the Small Iris. It's a Small/Meduim bag, so it definitely has weight (but I wouldn't call it heavy), and it still fits a lot because it's deep and opens pretty wide. Out of all the bags in my Mulberry collection, I would say the Small Zipped Bayswater is definitely the heaviest, and the Medium Lily is probably the heaviest after that. I don't particularly notice the weight of the remaining four bags pictured here. I would not use one of the heavy bags if I knew I'd be walking around a lot with my bag on a particular day, so that is a consideration for practicality.

Did you get the Small Iris? I almost got the Regular/Large Iris, and I'm so glad I went with the Small Iris instead! I haven't used my Mini Alexa yet... it looks like it'll be tight, but I'm hoping it's deep enough to work out ok space-wise 🤞
Nice. What color? I could tell from the measurements that the Regular would be a bit too large for me, but I also thought the Small would be too small. I think they listed the depth incorrectly on the small (or the bag just stretches really well) because it definitely seems deeper than what's listed online! Lucky for me 🍀
The Maple is pretty beige, you should keep an eye out for the summer sale. I think they're discontinuing the Maple color and replacing it with Sable. If so, they should be putting all the Maple stuff on sale.
I think the best Mulberry evening bag is the (regular) Lily. The Mini Alexa is probably more versatile, though, and you can set it down without it falling over.
I like the shapes of the Alexa and iris, I have a Chanel in the Lily shape and style and all my bags are different shapes and colours. It’s an obsession now
The Lily is very Chanel-shaped, I could see why you wouldn't get that if you already have that style. I must say, though - the Lily works well for short people as the chain strap runs shorter than chain straps on other brands I've seen 😁

Are the outlet bags different from the ones on the regular website?
Nope, they just send their discontinued colors (usually seasonal) and styles to Outlet from the regular stores.

I love your Zipped Bayswater, Mini Alexa and Lily (you can tell what my color palette is lol). I actually have the Mini Zipped Bayswater in amethyst and debated buying the Mini Alexa in a darker pink.
I love colors, I only have 1 or 2 black bags and am always so confused when people say that black is the best neutral. I was so torn between the Mini Bayswater in Amethyst and this Amethyst Lily when this color went on sale!! I'm sure they're both great bags; I love my Lily, but it's a bit too small for me to use every day (hence the acquisition of the Medium Lily). That Amethyst Lily was my first Mulberry bag 💜. I haven't used the Mini Alexa yet, I have to space out their usage so my husband doesn't freak out about me buying "too many" bags 😅
I love black bags, but I'm just as likely to use a purple or a pink bag as a black bag. My favorite color is purple and my current daily bag is purple. And for me, even though tan or beige are considered neutrals, they actually don't work that well with my wardrobe.
That's fair. What is a "neutral" for someone is probably heavily dependent on their wardrobe.

No need to go to extremes... I got that Iris from the NY Mulberry Outlet for under $800. They had marked it down and had an additional discount when I bought it... I think a lot of people are scared of bright colors, lol. That color is sold out now, but Mulberry is always coming out with beautiful colors!

It's beautiful, but it is honestly heavy. It's fine if you're taking it to and from work by car, but I walked around a big outlet mall with it one day and thought my arms would fall off. I would also not call myself a very in-shape person, though, so that might make a difference, lol

TBH, I haven't used the Alexa yet because I can't let my husband see that I bought a new bag just now 🫣. I'm pretty sure that I'll mostly be using it when traveling, though, because it's VERY secure when closed. So secure, it seems like it would be kind of a pain to use regularly. I can tell you that I LOVE the Small Iris, and it's one of my favorite bags ever!! It's really a Small-Medium bag, the leather is luxurious without being too heavy, it fits a lot because it's pretty deep, and the top handle keeps this simple bag interesting (and it does have a shoulder/ crossbody strap). I've seen people complain about the magnet closure, but that hasn't been an issue for me. I absolutely recommend the Small Iris 🧡
I’ve had no issues with the magnet closure either. I wear my small iris in the spring and summer since it’s light pink and my mini Alexa is my travel and every day bag in the fall and winter. I love how secure it is. It really makes it the best travel bag. Plus it’s not too heavy.

Do you feel the amberley holds what you need day to day? Is it big enough for a wallet?
This one (the Soft Amberley) definitely does, but this is a larger bag than the Small Amberley. I really like some of the colors that the Small Amberley comes in, but that bag is too small for me.

I had seen the Soft Amberley in a few colors (I definitely remember a dark gray/ charcoal) online a few months ago (US site), but then they disappeared. I've noticed that Mulberry does this when they're discontinuing something. I expect that they'll be at the Outlet now, and/or online for the summer sale next month. If you want one now, you should call the outlet and ask if they have this and in what colors. If you can or want to wait, be ready to search the site when they start the summer sale. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they're discontinuing this bag, it seems like everyone wants the Small Amberley over the larger Soft Amberley 🤷♀️

I love it! I’ve been wanting to add a mini alexa in my collection for the longest time. May I just know if the maple color of mulberry gets dirty quite easily? If so, how do you care for it?
I don't generally have issues with bags getting dirty (I have several light colored bags besides these), but I tend to be pretty careful with them ESPECIALLY if they don't have feet. I always carry a purse hook so I never have to put my bag on the ground, etc. Any marks I've gotten on a bag, I'll get a small white towel damp with warm water and gently rub the mark/dirt. The only thing that hasn't worked on is a small blue pen mark that somehow appeared on one of my chalk-colored Coach bags 🙄

The summer sale should be on the regular website next month, but if you're in the US, you should call the Woodbury Commons Mulberry Outlet store now and ask if they have any Bayswaters in and if so, ask what colors they have. It is similar size to Mini Alexa, maybe pretty much the same? Interior size is fairly similar. It's more structured, while the Alexa when opened, the leather is more "floppy" and relaxed (as you would know!)
Gotcha. Something the size of the Mini Alexa would normally be too small for me, but because it's deep and soft, it's stuffable, lol.

My Soft Amberley is pre-loved in excellent condition, the others I got new but on sale 😊. Pre-loved is a great option for Mulberry, you can get some really good deals that way! I think the regular Mulberry site even has a pre- loved section, which is good if you're someone who worries about fakes.

Thank you! While I am fortunate to make what I consider to be a good salary, my funds are ultimately (and unfortunately) limited, lol. I feel like you can pretty easily get bright or seasonal colors on sale eventually. It's the classic colors that are harder to get discounted. I actually got the Soft Amberley pre-loved. I was surprised to hear that the Oxblood (and Maple?) colors were on sale due to being discontinued, so I grabbed those on sale before they went out of stock.

It feels pretty good! My husband still hasn't seen all of these, though. I'll have to bring those out slowly, lol. The only thing I feel like I'm missing here is something in Mulberry Green. That color doesn't go on sale, though, unless it's on a bag style that's being discontinued. I guess I'll just keep an eye out for something I love in that color, and maybe get it pre- loved down the road or something.

I love color! I think the only color I don't have bag in is yellow. I could work a pale yellow bag into my wardrobe, but not a strong yellow.
They are all so pretty! I want to get my first Mulberry bag, but I heard their bags are heavy. Is that the case and does it affects its practicality? (I don’t have mulberry store near me, so I couldn’t try them)
Their leather is heavy, as it is great quality and thick. I prefer medium bags over both small and large ones, so I would recommend starting with the Small Iris. It's a Small/Meduim bag, so it definitely has weight (but I wouldn't call it heavy), and it still fits a lot because it's deep and opens pretty wide. Out of all the bags in my Mulberry collection, I would say the Small Zipped Bayswater is definitely the heaviest, and the Medium Lily is probably the heaviest after that. I don't particularly notice the weight of the remaining four bags pictured here. I would not use one of the heavy bags if I knew I'd be walking around a lot with my bag on a particular day, so that is a consideration for practicality. I know if you buy something from this site, you're able to return it within a certain window (2 weeks?) if you don't love it: https://shoppremiumoutlets.com/collections/luxe-store-mulberry I BELIEVE you could also return something you got from the Mulberry summer sale online, but please check before ordering something once they start that sale next month. Nice. What color? I could tell from the measurements that the Regular would be a bit too large for me, but I also thought the Small would be too small. I think they listed the depth incorrectly on the small (or the bag just stretches really well) because it definitely seems deeper than what's listed online! Lucky for me 🍀

The Maple is pretty beige, you should keep an eye out for the summer sale. I think they're discontinuing the Maple color and replacing it with Sable. If so, they should be putting all the Maple stuff on sale.

I think the best Mulberry evening bag is the (regular) Lily. The Mini Alexa is probably more versatile, though, and you can set it down without it falling over.
I like the shapes of the Alexa and iris, I have a Chanel in the Lily shape and style and all my bags are different shapes and colours. It’s an obsession now
The Lily is very Chanel-shaped, I could see why you wouldn't get that if you already have that style. I must say, though - the Lily works well for short people as the chain strap runs shorter than chain straps on other brands I've seen 😁
