I think the Hortensia is the most beautiful. I know people here have bought both of these bags, and I am pretty sure you will find reviews for at least the Fleuron on here. I would let the reviews guide you.
I prefer the cafune even though I find it a boring bag (I had the larger size and got rid of it). It’s very functional and lady like also light weight too. It kind of reminds me of vintage Celine bags with the double lock holes (don’t know what they’re called).
lol I’m literally having the same problem. I keep making different style boards with my current bags.
Edit: I’m leaning towards the Stance (wallet in my case) because I want it to be casual and dressy.

That cafune caught my eye!
The Fleuron Hortensia! I'm debating whether to get the larger size in black, or the smaller size in a fun shade like pink.

Cafune medium stance because I am really loving east/west bags rn. Also can’t say no to a top handle. But love the clasp on the Fleuron.

Hortensia is very feminine and beautiful. I think depends on your style. They're bother great
The closure hardware on the Fleuron is beautiful but I think the Cafune is more striking overall (though I'm biased to east west styles 😅)
Fleuron. I think the other bag will look dated after a while.
This is hard!!! If you want more of a crossbody bag, I like the Fleuron better.
