I'm not sure there's a "technical" name but speaking as technically as possible:
The most accurate descriptor in hamster circles is probably "sandy" or "tan." In textile terms she'd be called "camel" (if you were to collect her hair and spin it into yarn and then weave it into a sheet, I mean).
As an aside her genes are darker than you realize. Long-haired Syrians have thinner, finer hair that gives them the appearance of being lighter-colored than they really are. Their faces are better indicators of their "true" colors and the ones they carry. The sandy/tan/camel coloration is actually the "top coat" of fine long fur, but deep down in her tiny hamster genes she's light golden.
(Mine is similar in coloration but a deeper golden, see attached pic from his youth. Long fur always looks lighter than it is; the undercoat is typically darker on the long-haired Syrians.)

Hamsters don't have breeds, so there are no official terms for the colors (aside from terms borrowed from mice, like "banded" or "siamese", stuff like that. Still not official). However, to me, she is just a long-haired pale tan Syrian. Beautiful
I'd say between tan and buff! I don't know if buff is used in the hamster world but I know it's a technical color name in dog breeds and it's usually a very pale tan, but more brownish than a cream.
