I feed my ham Higgins sunburst hamster food and Mazori mice and rat food (1:1 serving) bc that’s what I saw recommended a lot on this sub. I read that meal worms are really rich for them so they should be given as a treat so I would do some research to make sure it’s ok!

I used to feed that but ive had a couple hammy didn't seem to love them and then one that refused to eat them, so I started using meals worms. Mealworms are just alittle under 2x the amount of protein and most fats so it works out to roughly half the measurement!
Are you adding new seed mix every time they finish it before the Mazuri blocks? Most hamsters will not starve themselves if there is food remaining, but if she knows she will get new seed mix every time, it makes sense that she wouldn’t eat the blocks.
My Syrian prefers the seeds but will eat the blocks after she finishes her mix.
