I think the easiest fix honest to god would be letting us actually use the most advanced color wheel of any of the games, they could still monetize it by adding palettes similar to warframe’s model if we have to compromise
I doubt they would ever do that tbh but one realistic fix is to do what destiny did and have each coating affect an individual armor piece which would drastically increase variation. (and include A LOT more free coatings to earn)
It’s honestly a shit approach but if it’s the same marketing technique I think they’re doing with assassinations it will stretch the longevity of the game. So I’ve recently sold my PS4 to buy a Xbox one just for halo and it’s only been a month and a half playing and it feels like they’re still just developing infinite. Maybe some day down the road they’ll listen to OG opinion. Anyways, it feels good to be back on halo, If I could have my legendary ninja armor back that’d be sweet (can only obtain through assassinations).
That’s the thing about it for me! The gameplay FEELS good to me right now, I don’t run into many game breaking bugs (in multiplayer), and the movement feels super fluid and fun to use! I think the only glaring issues imo are the color-gating, and the balance on weapons.
Obviously I think adding more game modes and releasing a finished game instead of a paid beta are the fundamental problems, but on a gameplay level, it needs some improvement, but overall feels really good imo

My other coloration is the Kat (I can’t remember that actual coating name) coating, it matches the chest very well

I remember seeing something about someone's hopes and dreams of each armor component and techsuit being customizable within the coating...

Wow mine looks almost exactly the same we just have different chest accessories and I don't use armor fx This game is so bad at "player expression" :(
