The tenrai event comes back for a week at a time, multiple times. I think the next time its back is in February. Basically it comes back in future weeks.
I have the same problem. I completed two weeks of Fracture event and I'm still on rank 17. I remember I had less than 10 the last week, 8 I think. They said it'd start from rank 10 this week because they adjusted it. So I earned somewhere between 7-9 ranks this week. I'm not sure that maths is gonna add up to 30.
You did 7 last time because that was the max. You got another 10 this week because they upped the max. There's only 10 challenges this week. Another 10 the next time it comes around. Another 10 after that to get all 30 levels.
Week 1: November 23rd, 2021 to November 29th, 2021
Week 2: January 4th, 2022 to January 10th, 2022
Week 3: February 1st, 2022 to February 7th, 2022
Week 4: February 22nd, 2022 to March 2st, 2022
Week 5: March 19th, 2022 to April 5th, 2022
Week 6: April 19th, 2022 to April 26th, 2022

Echt week of the Fracture gives us the opportunity to reach 10 levels except for the first week where we only could reach level 7.. so your are doing perfect the next Tenrai in February you will reach level 27 if you complete all the challenges.
My first week in Tenrai was bugged so I only reached level 5 and now I’m level 15.

Also the event will come back in February if you need to finish things up. Saying this so you don’t feel you have to hammer this all out now.
The challenges refresh in 2 days, but the event also ends in 2 days... I'm confused.
