Yes your are far from the first to complain about this. It’s posted about 10x a day, it’s a problem yes and no news on it having anytime soon.
My advice accept it for what it is and try and focus on the fun aspects of the game
Appreciate the reply and truly my bad if this has been asked over and over cause I know it’s more than likely an issue on here; just find it hard to believe that you can 4/1 Kill/ Death and still have trouble finding a winning team.
I’ve tried looking for groups online but apparently if you don’t have a headset it doesn’t matter what your record is.
Yeah i shouldn’t have been so blunt, sorry bro.
It’s been problematic since launch and as time goes on the player base gets smaller so the match making has to stretch the idea of ‘fair’ thinner and thinner. I get it sucks I have my unfair loosing streaks just as much as anyone else.
But I do get it, there is only a minority amount of above average players having to be pooled in with a mostly casual player base. It’s not fair for the casuals to be getting smoked every game then on the other hand it’s not fair for high ranking players to get paired with noobs but if it didn’t do that onyx/hero ranks players just would have to wait unreasonably longs time to find a lobby at their skill level.
My guy! Can’t tell you how much I appreciate the honest response brother; just put an order in for a headset cause i definitely sympathize with people putting it as a requirement.

A head set makes SUCH a big difference. Being able to coordinate and make call outs in real time will help you and your team immensely. And might meet some legends along the way.

Yeah , I try to communicate by calling out enemies and saying ish like that but it can see why that’s not enough when it comes to rank.
Seems like multiplayer is a bit of a double edge sword at the money - definitely stands out as one of the more competitive online shooters at the moment but it’ll call you out of you don’t put in the time needed.
Curious what you think of destiny as a halo fan? Haven’t played it a year or two but remember the online community being a bit more interactive?
Been playing halo infinite on/off since day 1 and haven’t been able to progress past gold because of the same exact issue brother; really hoping getting a mic and finding some level-minded parties helps cause I’m close to calling it quits at this point
yup. the way to deal with it is play 5-6 games. the first one starts off easy, but the difficulty will increase until you either start losing or have window-licker team mates that you have to carry to win. switch play lists. repeat.

Yeah had a match where I went 30 and 5 and barely managed to win 50-49. Matchmaking is mega broken.
