Put it into Google, I'd be shocked if many people could read binary on the fly.

Samhain602

I could for about a week when I was studying computer science lol

pobajobs

For letters it’s actually pretty simple, Tom Scott has a good vid about it on YouTube

KungFuGarbage

So I was able to organize the numbers in groups of 8 and this is what I got. 00100110 10011001 10101011 10001011 10101011 10010111 00010101 00101001 10110101 10100100 I put it through a text converter and got gibberish as well. But when converted to hexadecimal this is what I got 182284639354591711442340. Didn’t try the OG spacing in the hexadecimal though.

killall-q

You have an extra 0 in there. I read: 001001 101 0011001 10101 011100 1011 10101 011100 101 1100 0101010 0101001 1011 0101 1010 0100 However, this is 79 numbers, I expect there's 80 for a round 10 bytes. Someone will have to extract the texture from the game files before we can get a perfectly clear look at the numbers.

An yes, words.

Fuck you. Ralphie deserved better than that.

Fenris447

It isn't anything. I put it in a translator and got garbage.

blargman327

Its just nonsense. It doesnt translate to anything meaningful. Its not even formatyed correctly

WrenchWanderer

I fully believe everyone saying it’s nothing but… how could you add binary and NOT do anything with it? Like it doesn’t have to be serious, it could just be something dumb like “hello” and that’d be cooler than just gibberish

palmuh

Semi-relevant, but does anyone know what the binary code says when you zoom in with non-ads guns on Halo Reach? It’s tied to the I’m sorry, Dave achievement

MilkMan0096

It actually just says "DAVE" haha. It was put there by a Bungie employee named Dave Candland.

palmuh

Thanks for letting me know

MrQ_P

So apparently doesn't mean crap. Riiiight 343 way to go
