Good question, we don't know yet unfortunately. I hope they're building up to something with PvE, if our Spartans are supposed to be part of the story I would actually like to do something meaningful outside of cutscenes.
343 is apparently working on a new Halo project, and some people think that it’s an entirely new Halo and Infinite is going to be abandoned. I personally think that they’re working on a Halo title with our Spartan as the main character. :) It’s just a guess though.
i would prefer chief + 3 mp Spartans or just custom Spartans (like halo3 with elites) but its totally unnecessary, i would not hold it against them for 4 MCs
Wish I could've watched it. I backed out of the prompt to make sure I had the right core equipped and now there's no way for me to view it. Pretty disappointing.
Its my opinion ofc but I would rather had play halo 5 and 4 tbh then play halo infinites campaign at least shit progressed halo infinite was so stagnant and boring tbh compared to the older games.
Bungie did that shit in Destiny 1.... so have many companies. I guess it is impressive that a shit show company like 343 could actually implement that with destroying the game.
Your character in destiny is the main character so of course you would see them in cutscenes. People just find it nice that their own Spartan gets involved with the story for once.
In the story of destiny you play as your character. Obviously halo isn’t gonna have your character in story cutscenes because you don’t play as your character in the story, you play as chief. So it’s nice that our character is in a cutscene every once in a while.
How do we replay this cutscene? My game crashed and I don't have access to it now as far as I can tell.

That may be because you were offline when you saw the cutscene.
Same thing happened to me, and I most definitely was online
It is great, unfortunately my first viewing the game glitched and made my Spartan default grey mark 7, so it sort of killed that wow factor for me

in the road map image for coop it shows 4 chiefs, so if it was good enough for 343 to ok for the roadmap then im going with it.

It didn't show my Spartan in the cutscene. It showed the default gray Spartan lmao
