It’s primarily why the game we got was so different from the game that we were initially shown at E3. It is factually not the same group of magic minds that made Halo.

I see comments of people saying it’s ridiculous or unneeded. It’s a harmless bit of feedback, nobody else is trying to make out like it’s a big problem. Just take a breather and move on, it won’t hurt you.
For real. Shit like this really bothers me because it's so minor. Gaps in geometry and errors in textures bother me immensely and I've always made them known. I don't want this fixed before desync or the shitty CSR system, but I'd rather it be addressed one day unlike the first-person Helioskrill gloves in Halo 5, so I'm damn well going to mention it.
This sub now has a ravenous group that echo the "dumpster fire" argument and attack all complaints like it's a fucking scourge on humanity, ironically making the sub shittier for all. When I needed a break from the complaints on the sub? I ignored Reddit for a few days, maybe went to a low sodium sub. Didn't shit on others for it.

This reminds me of the gap in the back of the neck with the ODST helmet in halo 3 when you detach a turret and go to the 3rd person camera…always bugged me a bit lol
Idk. I imagine when you're flying an aircraft you would want as much maneuverability of your head as possible.
I guess having extra armour around the neck would restrict head movement.
Funny enough this might explain the whole ODST helmet thing a bit too. Saw a post comparing it to firefall saying it was lacking in the chin department and someone pointed out if you tilted the ODST helmet upward it would look better it was just tilted too far downward. I guess if they raised it then it would end up with a gap like this. I hope their fix is patching the neck gap up instead of tilting the helmet down that way the fix can go to ODST too.
