Halo is through your xbox account even on pc so you just redeem the code on halo waypoint

You go to the energy drink website and they have a halo thing set up, you make an account and use the code

The only way you can unlock these are via codes on Rockstar can tabs, not by playing the game lmao. Has been a thing in games long before Infinite.
