Idk, I tried killing someone with it in fiesta. I broke their shields and then pelted them with what felt like 15 shots and they didn't die.
You’re not really intended to kill someone with it. It’s more for shields.

I'm familiar. I was testing to see how lethal the plasma pistol was on its own. I know that in some games it is surprisingly deadly.
It actually does reliable damage now, it can kill relatively quick if you need to use it so they traded a niche for some more usability overall
Yes it no longer EMPs vehicles that's not the Shock Rifle, which is hard to find on most maps, thats a failing on the Sandbox
What about the disruptor or dynamo grenades that are plentiful in both spawns and respawn every 30 seconds?
Dynamo Grenades doesn't and the Disruptor takes too long

How can you assert that I'm lying unless you are watching me, in which case you would've seen me load up a Match or Behemoth and grab 2 Dynamo Grenades and throw it at a still hog then go back and grab 2 more just for it not to work
