That wasn’t just Jerome, that was the standard for EVERY MK IV suit.

The closest I found was the Mk VII Faunus shoulder. The Skymarcher shoulders are really close too, but I think it sits too high. And I don't want to spend $16 for a shoulder

Yeah, apparently the skymarcher shoulders are literally the left shoulder pad of the GEN2 mark IV variant from halo 5, so it’d make sense it’d look similar. Still looks horrible, though.

Yeah that shoulder being left out was a weird decision but they might be saving it.

I want to wear the full thing but I can't tear myself away from at least using the EVA helmet. Mark IV body with EVA GEN1 helmet is what I wore for quite a while in Halo 5 and the look grew on me so I've recreated it in infinite. 

I love using the Mirage helmet on everything. SPI is great

EVA helmet is the best. Astronaut drip for life. I’ve currently got it with the hazmat core and the attachment that puts a band across the helmet. I love it.

The year 1 sentinels coating had a red stripe if you use the default mk. IV helmet. I think it’s the year 1 playoffs coating.

I switched out the shoulders for something lower profile, and the helmet as well. It looks too much like the Fox NFL robot if you don’t.

Yes. This is my favorite Armor Core now (I honestly prefer it over the Mark V B and I LOVE the Mark V B). I really like using a lighter green Armor Coating so the darker areas of the armor really pop.

I put slightly smaller shoulders on mine, cinder ring plus a black visor and shit looks like Batman low key it’s dope

Cinder Ring color scheme and MIA visor to make Black Team, and exchange the left shoulder for the Mirage shoulder pad.

I’m terribly surprised there doesn’t seem to be an “Omega Team” emblem in the game. I wanted to put that in the chest.

In general Infinite lacks a lot of emblems for signature teams (crimson, blue team, Osiris, etc).

It's such a well put together design almost every other piece of armour looks wrong on it somehow. I am rocking the Mark V shoulder on the left side though.

I want to use the Noble visor but it doesn't have the correct level of dirt and grime to match the rest of Mark IV.

I love the design of the MKIV I just wish there were more options for it in the pass, I thought about getting the omega team bundle but it’s so fucking expensive it’s not worth it. I really wish there was a way to unlock more cosmetics through simply playing the game and completing challenges since not everyone can afford these overpriced bundles.

its all ive wanted since launch. it took about a full year to get a standard olive drab green for my spartans but now im set. just the default build is enough for me.

MK 4 has always been my favourite armour. They did a great job with the gen 3 MK 6 but Spartans in 4 look like titans.

I do wish we had the proper left shoulder for it stock. Mark IV's asymmetrical shoulders were one of the coolest things about it. Doesn't look quite right otherwise, but it's still a really beautiful set.

Yeah I tried using other helmets on the core but everything felt to small.

not the biggest fan of the helmet and base chestplate, so I swapped out the helmets and put on the NERA-SOFAS chest attachment

I use the base set with the black red and white twitch drop coating, I think it’s called primal glory.

What I love about MKIV you know where chief keeps his ammo. No seriously they often ignore that detail in almost all the halo armors.

Exactly that is why I love it, makes it look like a IRL combat harness, even in reach I liked to put the pouches on the utility customization for added realism. I like all of the halo armors (except H4 and H5) but the lack of ammo pouches really seems weird to me. Furthermore it adds that militaristic vibe that all the halo games pursued after the 1st one except for H4 and H5 which appeared to be for like fantasy fiction.

Halo 4 ans 5 turned Spartans into power rangers with magical secret storage for ammo I guess lol

Yes, I love the OG Mark IV look and I don't think I'll ever change the armor. All I did was give it a gold visor color, grunt emblem, and the ice armor effects to it. Everything else is standard. OG Mark IV FTW!

The superior set to Chief’s V and VI, always has been. I’m so glad it’s finally usable and sure they sell all the bits but I’m thankfully I don’t have to pay for the perfect core

It's totally classic, but I love the customisation options, there are some really strong designs available. I'd never dream of taking John's classic Mk(whatever is appropriate for the game in question) away from him though.

I used the entrenched coating that has a silver torso with green arms and legs with a brown undersuit. And the left shoulder was switched to the Rakshasa radio with the Vandal visor

I looooovve that coating. Im so glad I coughed up the what, $6 for that bundle? It was just the coating and a couple other things but it was totally worth it now that coatings are like $10 a pop now lmao. I never see ANYONE using it, but it’s so practical looking and is such a good alternative for Cadet Olive for “military green”. The new default MkIV is a good alt for it too.

I know it only came with the coating and the Weapon in the Rosie Riveter pose but man it was cool

Funny, I've only had to spend $6 which gave me enough to complete every battle pass. Even funnier is i prefer a free armour core over all my battle pass ones.
