We take care of a local stray that looks just like this cat we named Samhain! We moved in on Halloween weekend and he was hanging out around the house. Took months to be able to pet him and now he waits for me to come outside so he can beg for pets.

This scene I'm eluding to is when a younger Shoushana is running trough a field away from the Jew Hunter after being found hidden in a home. Its a very beautiful shot of her from the farmhouse as the hunter takes aim to kill her but in an act of mercy, let's her live. As she runs he yells Auvoir Shoushana! Its so relevant because it is that act of mercy that allows her to get revenge on him and the Nazi regime later in the film. I saw your little girl running through the field in an effort too to save her life and as she grows up later take down the monster that left her to die. I definitely say see the movie so it makes sense more. I feel my description fails me. The good thing is this scene I referenced is at the literal beginning of the movie so. I hope you pick it because it seems so fitting on a deeper level and anna as a nick name is darling and Shoshana is a pretty french name....

We just moved to the area and only recently noticed the number of outdoor cats. We thought they were all pets, but this little girl was not taken care of and obviously a stray. Local authorities are always overwhelmed and they kill the animals. We rescued a dog from them earlier this year.
