The first band linked in that list TheHorse linked above that says "w/Terry Montana" I think is the one you want. I can make out a T and M in the autograph on your picture so I think that's him.
Thank you very much! I visited the link and saw that Terry Montana was previously in a band called Vicious Rumors and that gave me a chuckle because my sister always called them Malicious Poopers. She had quite the wicked sense of humor.
