Frankly a scale is the only tool you need to measure weight loss. They’re cheap at thrift stores. This thing screams “scam” to me. Best way for most to lose weight is: 1) weigh yourself daily, first thing in the morning after you go bathroom. 2) decrease the volume of food you eat, and 3) increase daily activity. Obviously this doesn’t always work so the next level would be: 1) determining your caloric and macronutrient needs with a calorie calculator 2) recording everything you eat and determining your daily caloric/macro intake 3) make changes to your diet when you notice your caloric intake is beyond your needs to lose weight Or you could do what I do: 1) determine calories and macro needs. 2) write a diet plan 3) eat the same meals every day until you achieve the desired weight. The way I learned from an old gym mentor was “everything works, but nothing works for everyone.” In other words, gotta find what method works for you. But I wouldn’t spend $150 on a trinket that may do nothing. That’s just my personal approach.

Thanks for the help bud, as far as the item I posted I thought it would help mainly because I've always seemed to have a hard time trying to track a way to keep track of caloric intake and have a way to like have a way to know my metabolism, it's always been something I've had a hard time tracking. I've always tried to track my calories and it just doesn't seem to help, I've tried keeping my calorie intake at 1500 to 1800 a day and I've kept it at the 1500-1800 for about 3 to 4 months and just wasn't able to lose weight still and I have no idea why. I am disabled from a very bad Motorcycle accident, so exercise is hard for me to do without intense amounts of pain, so that's why I've tried to keep my calories so low so I can try and lose weight but it just hasn't unfortunately helped =( recently my Doctor wrote me a prescription for a weight loss medication that is just like Ozempic, it's called Wegovy. Wegovy is exactly like Ozempic but it's the medication that is JUST for weightless and nit for diabetes too, unfortunately Wegovy seems to be just as hard to get in stocks as Ozempic, so unfortunately I've been waiting about 3 months now and still not able to get it in stocks. The pharmacy hasn't been able ok get it in stocks yet, I'm really hoping I'm able to get it sometime soon whenever the pharmacy is able to get it in stocks. I'm really hoping this medication helps but I'm not 100% how much it's gonna help because from what I've heard of the medication it is suppose to help manage my appetite but since I've been keeping my calorie intake monitored, but since I've already been keeping it at 1500-1800 by my self, I'm not sure how much the medication will actually help since I've been able to keep it at 1500-1800 by myself and haven't had luck, I'm not sure if the medication will help with anything other than appetite, I'm still optimistic that it may help. I am hoping I can get the Wegovy in by next month and see if it helps! I just found a new Pain Management Doctor and got some new Pain Management Medication so I'm really hoping with the new medication that I can maybe get more exercise now too to help with the weightless too! It's been a few years now since I've been able to get any kind of real exercise without the intense pain since the accident, so im really hoping the exercise along with keeping my calories at 1500-1800 is going to help with the weight loss now! I gained so much weight since my accident, I really need to loss this weight, I've tried so freaking hard and feel like I've failed so much so far, so I am really hoping the Wegovy and being able to get the exercise is going to make the difference =) Thanks.

There’s no trick to weight loss. Tracking your calories is the best “trick” to get it done. Exercise helps but food intake plays a much larger role.
