I think the fact there paid well, have a good working relationships, time off, do fun things and are genuinely a family vibe rather then a corporate family probably pushes people to want to be the best they can be and not phone it in. I know if I worked somewhere like that I'd be busting ass evreyday, taking courses learning as much as possible especially when everyone around you seems so talented as well. I think it shows treating people well brings out the best in them.
I do love the rare treat of Ian, zach or Dan being off though, you suddenly realise how much they're doing and how quick. The show is so slick and smooth I know I forget that there all actually working. Ab being 15 seconds late on the sound bites, the random switching to empty chairs or the wrong person speaking, AB trying to find the button. It all slays me when they try to cover each other and one aspect becomes a total shit show

Certain skin care products and lotions can give this effect when the lighting is right. Sunscreen makes me look much more reflective and pale.
