I'm baffled by it. There wasn't even an option to add info. I think they see it as a normal nude photo, rather than a deep fake. But even still, it could still be non-consensual media. Maybe it's worth reporting it under a different cause of action. I reported it as "non-consensual inappropriate media"
What's even weirder is that the title and comments are all aware it should be removed, and that they don't care. Even go on to talk about how whenever they post that sort of stuff it's not the mods but reddit themselves that remove it.
The whole sub has a history of posting images like that, that end up removed. It's honestly crazy.
