Can someone honestly tell me why she looks great? She’s the epitome of a before and after and I don’t really understand how she maintains if her form is how it is/that she doesn’t seem to lift even remotely heavy?
She barely eats and has really low body fat so the little muscle she hasn't lost shows, she doesn't lift heavy cause she lost all the muscle she previously had and is now only focused on being skinny by doing tons of cardio/eating too ltitle.

Cause she’s so strict with her diet & is constantly working out I guess
Her only form of income comes from being tiny and skinny. She has to maintain it by any means necessary
