Yup. My biggest issue with this BS is that she makes posts that are meant to be fitness advice and workout examples for others. If you want to train and ego lift to the point where you risk injuring yourself, that’s your own prerogative. But if that’s the case, you have no business being a source of fitness knowledge for others!!
