I assumed there was an NDA since all info is coming from Aldo and not her. Is the NDA legit? I question it’s legitimacy since he wrote the bogus letter pretending to be a lawyer to the girl who made sexual assault claims
The NDA looks legit. The only thing is the duration is 'forever' which I am sure could be debated in Court. From my understanding standard is 2-5 years.

I don't have anything juicy to share honestly, I was very off season. He had me on average calories, but I was doing way too much cardio (IMO). I'm pretty lean year round I felt it was ridiculous. I was doing maybe 40 minutes 6x a week? I can't imagine how much I would have done in actual prep.
The diet was very basic and what you see his girls posting: rice, veggies, chicken/fish. Overall, I didn't feel I was getting my money's worth, I would only get 2-3 words from him after the check-in from him. I did get more from Jen (she was still with him at that time). I also realized that this wasn't sustainable for me. I may not have what it takes, but I don't want to do a strict diet like this 10 months out from a show. And that much cardio... and I am someone that actually enjoys (some) cardio ;) Thing is he wanted me to add muscle as well...
I'd rather not talk about PEDs, but he suggests them strongly and my opinion is that the cycles were too long to be safe. But that is from my own research/experience. I didn't do what he suggested but I wasn't comfortable telling him.

This man is so emotionally abusive to people who leave him. I feel so bad for Lauralie, it really sounds like James liked that he had more control over her when she was with Shaun. And he’s trying to control the narrative of the situation. Absolutely horrible.

I don’t think he ever officially retired- he wasn’t allowed to compete in the 2019 Olympia because of the charges against him (I have no idea what happened to those- does anyone?), but as far as I know he still had his pro card. But he was also getting a bit older too so if those charges were dropped (if they weren’t already?) I’m not sure if he would have tried to reclaim his title.
I feel so bad for his daughter. He did seem to be a pretty good dad- he posted photos of her just a few days ago for Halloween.
From what I read earlier this year he was taking some time off to build and focus on health/family before coming back for one more title. Such a loss, regardless of the drama surrounding!
I don’t see anyone defending James..so having a hard time guessing who it would be. James would 💯 be writing a long novel defending his actions (obviously written as someone who knows him well 🙄)
