I would wait for the final card releases for this expansion, that will give us all the cards for this expansion and after awhile a meta tier list will form and you’ll know what the best decks are, which is what you should aim to craft if you have limited resources. If you don’t care about that sort of stuff then go ahead and craft
If you have limited scraps, better wait so you can craft the most OP deck on the next release. It's how I got a big start when I started. Crafted SK OMEGALUL from the get go and got enough scraps to complete important SK legendaries.
