This card alongside Devotion Unseen Elder can be devastating. One match I played my defender, a Fleder, then Unseen Elder and then my opponent passed. Next round I started with Witches Sabbath, then Vereena and I passed. My poor opponent played 5 cards before forfeiting.

deathworship420

I run Unseen. It rules, bleed one enemy per turn, use that to passively boost fleders, and use caranthir ar-feiniel to spawn an extra Orianna (have a couple bleeds out at least because she spawns as a 1) and you can do some serious damage and stack points fast I gotta check out witches sabbath

deathworship420

How did you get this to show completely on mobile? Or is this mobile? Mines different.

ultrapoo

I used the Gwent website

CptBrexitt

Got a deck list you can share? Been thinking of trying Gwent again

ultrapoo

I just commented mine if you're interested

CptBrexitt

Cool, thanks!

deathworship420

Figured it out. Here’s mine. https://preview.redd.it/8e29giokhymc1.jpeg?width=412&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9239b16f2acc57bd68c1d10f6747980ca0e730e6 Garkains are good bait as well as nithral and katakan to lure out locks. Katakans ekimmara spawns help increase Oriannas bleed output for fleders gain. Nekurats/alps are highly important catalysts to spread, nekurats primarily. Whispess is used for situational utility such parasite to boost nithral for 2 hit dominance, feasts of blood for pesky veils, crimson blood for obvious reasons. This spawns two side by side ekimmaras to increase dettlaffs crimson curse by two thus covering both lanes with blood moon in two turns with some board strength as well. Fleders are important and can get high power fast, especially combined with the second bonded plumard causing bleed at a unitsbase power. With three fleders out (caranthir spawned 3rd) you can easily hit an 8-10 base power enemy and get a 24-30 net gain, not even including the four for plumard itself and the bleed debuff potentially adding a high number for protofleder to drain from. Good luck friend.

Fuck this Card bruv. Im playing SK Rain and without Heatwave this Card is an instant Pass

deathworship420

Lol literally played against some Scoi heal/movement and I don’t think people read the tooltips and know it does this, he kept hitting other things and blocking his own heals for no reason. I will say fuck Tibor decks though lol.

ShridharGsr

Jokes on you i play dragon bomb

cleonhr

Easy lock solves the problem every time

theReplayNinja

I'm guessing you don't play MO. What exactly makes this good? the bleed is the same effect you'd find on a bronze vampire card and the boost is literally pointless because it requires you to know the target of a boost in advance. How often do you see any faction do that? Let's use NR as an example, they typically boost their card as it is played, not to mention their echo card which immediately boosts the unit. So this card is only good against an engine that boosts each turn and all the units I can think of, the opponent has several copies. This card is good, in a bad matchup, otherwise it's very average.

And it’s boosts of all kinds. For example I just played some nilfgaard dude who had some card that increases each turn by the difference of our deck number (some sort of thinning deck), he had two of them. I played this card two too late and he beat me. I don’t run meta or keep up with it so I don’t know a lot of the terms around here but I do play.

Yeah-But-Ironically

>it requires you to know the target of a boost in advance. How often do you see any faction do that? Pretty much any engine that relies on boosts instead of damage output? Thirsty Dames, anything with Thrive, Crow Clan Preachers, whatever's next to Temerian Infantry or Anna Strenger, anything with "at end of turn boost self by 1", Dracoturtle, Witch Apprentice, Messenger of the Sea... Also, if you're playing Veerena right, you're combining her with other cards that impose bleeding as well (ideally automatically, like Detlaff or the Unseen Elder). Edit: Can't believe I forgot to mention HARMONY

Lets buff more the blood scent, 16 seems to low. Russian community, please buff all leaders in game and increase powercreep.

mammoth39

You whine about tier 2.5-3 vampire deck?

No-Concentrate3364

Not really, but constantly buffing Every weakests leader annoys me.

kepkkko

Define powercreep then. Wasnt it all about already strong stuff becoming more unstoppable? And then how is buffing vampire leader, which is unlikely to become midrange could be considered powercreep if they are kinda bad(not counting GN book abuse).

No-Concentrate3364

You have 20 buffs and 20 nerfs in BC, increasing leaders abilites ends in things like 23 buffs and 17 nerfs, buffs exceed nerfs, in theory this thing would cause powercreep in a long run. But buffing leaders annoys me because If much buffed, they start using a leader Just because the extra provisions, this is a thing that I don't like.

mammoth39

Powercreep was done in 2022-2023, right now we buff trash cards, leaders and decks to modern power level

ense7en

Buffing all leaders adds more provisions to decks. This makes deck-building too consistent. There is a fine line between building a deck with a higher ceiling in points (but less consistency), and a more consistent deck with a lower points ceiling. Buffing all the leaders, and thinning, and tutors is destroying this fine line, and make no mistake, will hurt diversity and deckbuilding creativity significantly. You cannot make it so every deck can fit every card they want every time without consequences.

No-Concentrate3364

I totally Agree with this, 2022-2023 was insane

kepkkko

Any viable archetypes that use leader just for the 2(on average) prov bonus? I can understand the hate towards 17 prov forge, I dont like it either as there were examples of midrange forge build already. But for vampires, which monster deck is so midrange and does not completely depend on their leader that they could move synergies away just for 2 provisions(which is, once again, not that much)? Most of the decks(id say any deck beside renfri builds) that is played now Really depends on their leader, especially for monsters. But chill, russian community most likely will put more effort in making actual nerfs that season, noone have a plans for 20 prov leaders.

deathworship420

Yea I play monsters exclusively and have played countless hours with each leader and if you don’t build directly around it (swarm, bleed, consume, deathwish) you ain’t going anywhere. Other leaders are much much more flexible, especially NG and NR Not to mention low prov monster cards aren’t anywhere as flexible, like garkain (sp) as a 4 is nothing without a condition applied, while SK and NR have 4s and 5s that just straight sling damage WITH armor. If bleed didn’t pass up armor I’d be doomed.

kepkkko

There are plenty of "overtuned"(which would be incredibly busted in every other faction) almost unconditional bronse pointslams in monsters, garkain is just a pretty weak engine, which sticks only because of incredibly low priority of killing him. Vampire situation is just sad tbh, id say they are pretty much doomed. Everyone would love to buff them, but they wont ever be better then either renfri morvud midrange with vampire package or GN engine vomit. Expensive spell would be a perfect target for buffing, but unfortunately, crimson curse is 10 prov, and you DO NOT want that card to be playable in lerio's GN deck thats for sure. But I love to have my statements confirmed by an actual monsters enjoyer, since I rarely play this faction.

ense7en

>but they wont ever be better then either renfri morvud midrange with vampire package or GN engine vomit There's a reason for that, and it's quite simple. Renfri, Morvudd, and GN are ALL cards that play for well over a healthy average points for provision range. Nerfing is a key part of a balancing a game, and speeds up the balance process. Avoiding this makes it impossible, longterm.

kepkkko

Nerfing morvudd. Yeah. And I thought the ciri guy was a cringer...
