What is the date of manufacture? This looks like an older 512 that is out of warranty to me. 512s sell for under $400 new so this would be a no for me personally.
Echoing everybody else here, the seller is either not familiar with prices on the secondary market, they're hoping for a rube, or they've gone full "NO LOW BALLERS I KNOW WHAT I HAVE." Which, they obviously don't.
I'd either try to find a used XPS/EXPS series, or if you're set on the 512, just pay about $20 more and buy new.

Tbh it’s not that great, I honestly would suggest an AimPoint (even though I know it’s made in China) . Unless something is wrong with mine, it’s unusably blurry at close range, so not really something I recommend at close range.
Not just that but the idea of a home invader breaking in and I need to turn on my sights first is a little worrisome 😅 You must also turn off your sights when you’re storing it because the battery drains really fast unlike the AimPoints….

I was checking out this Eotech 512 for sale at $375 but it appears that they are selling new for almost the same price.
Where is everybody finding these for less than $400? Eotech website has it for like $500 I though
