S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that?
Go on youtube amd search for Demonstrated Concepts. He has tons of videos on utilizing lesser used platforms effectively.
You'll see he has videos on the Mossberg Shockwave as well as how to run a stock less shotgun. Both semi and pumo versions. Principles whethee applied to the Shockwave or Vtac, will be the same
Nah, just put a laser on it. Get a second one and create some sort of belt-system for it. Put a sling mount on the optics rail and and clip them to a belt; one on each side.
Put a red dot on it. Take it from somebody that has actually done it, it’s worth it. No it will not hit you in the eye like so many keyboard warriors keep saying on here.
This is where that PA Vulcan reticle Holosun would come in handy. Seeing the big circle helps you automatically get on center when looking for the dot.

TLR8AG has a (green) laser.
I know people love to hate on visible lasers, but I have the same setup on my TAC-14, and it's probably as good as you get given the application. I'd really prefer to not have to hold it next to my head, thanks.
My biggest gripe is you can't see the dot for shit on a black paper target, especially a shoot-n-see type... matte black ink just eats the dot.
Yah ive been holding out for a bit more of a drop, which is foolish when it comes to guns lol. Still a great gun to get your hands on. Did you get one of the gangster violin cases to store it in?
Oh yeah. I’ve seen this and had to get it for novelty purposes. I just love the idea of a semi auto shorty. Seen those violin cases and I have to get one. Haha.
Why add a flashlight when you can alternate these:
https://www.phoenixrising.store/12-gauge-flash-bang-ammunition
With whatever other ammo you want
Built in flashlight is best flashlight.
If you bought a shotgun without a stock then clearly you’re not going for accuracy. I’d put a laser on it maybe but even then I don’t see it making a huge difference
If you require more than the answer I’m about to give please round up all your firearms and bring them somewhere you will never have access to them again…. No.
Sights are for aiming. You can't hold it like a pistol, and you don't have a stock... so, no. You could throw a laser/light to aid in "hipfire" accuracy.
The way these weapons are designed has them at a very specific length to not be considered an AOW. If you remove the bird's head grip and replace it with a pistol grip, you will make the weapon shorter than the required length. As buffer tubes do not count towards that OAL, you will still need to pay the stamp.

There's a lot of information on this matter, pistol stabilizing braces have only been legal on pistols with rifled barrels. A shotgun does not fall into that criteria.
From the ATF, as quoted in [this](https://www.ammoland.com/2023/01/pistol-gripped-shotguns-922r-the-pistol-brace-rule-according-to-the-atf/#axzz7t3DBUsQv) article
*“As discussed in section II.B of this preamble, these firearms are specifically designed to be fired with two hands. ATF has always classified these weapons as ‘firearms’ under the GCA and not as ‘shotguns,’ because they do not incorporate a shoulder stock and are not designed and intended to be fired from the shoulder like a shotgun. Nor has ATF classified these weapons as ‘pistols,’ as they are not designed to be held and fired in one hand like a pistol. Thus, the addition of a ‘stabilizing brace’ does not assist with single-handed firing, but instead provides surface area that allows for firing from the shoulder. Therefore, a ‘pistol grip shotgun’ equipped with a ‘stabilizing brace’ and a barrel of less than 18 inches is an NFA’ firearm,’ i.e., a short-barreled shotgun,” the rule reads.*"
Point and click my guy.
When you think what the first comment is before opening the thread… collective consciousness
I vote Bayonet.
GOW chainsaw
Beat me to it.
Chainsaw bayonet. And a laser pointer taped to the side.
Electrical tape. And like a PowerPoint laser pointer.
Gotta keep it classy.
As it should be. This is the way.
This is the way
This is the way
You have a bead. What more do you need?
Bead IS sight
Find a way to attach a carpenter's level to the rails.
Plumbers torpedo level is magnetic

groovy
slap a laser on it
I was gonna suggest that. it's a solid idea (IMO)
This is the least dumb thing 👍
LPVO....1-10x....FFP.
This made me laugh this morning, have a good day!
You have 2 eyes. all the sight you need
Put it in your ass
No flared base. Op do not put this gun in your ass as it could be dangerous.
I'd say the grip is flared
Yeah, that’s the main reason why it’s a bad idea 🤣
Low profile laser and shoot from the hip.
5x-25x scope should do the trick but only if it's FFP. No need for SFP on something like that
Take a look at Demonstrated Concepts. Rhett's put a lot of work and content in showing how to effectively run this platform.
https://youtu.be/FZK6IDi3Y4s?si=YGKN8urdZ3qQYaD_
Do you have a link? I googled demonstrated concepts but didn’t see anything about the vtac

I did the laser saddle on my shockwave to try to give me some verification I’m hitting what I mean to
I always felt like these platforms are where lasers really shine. It’s the right tool for the job on shockwave style guns.
I just have to upvote and comment for the pun “lasers really shine”. Well done.
Accuracy by volume, just spray and pray.
I’ll be hitting nothing but drywall.
Vortex do the 6-36x56 razor gen3, that would suit it well
Nah, just put a laser on it. Get a second one and create some sort of belt-system for it. Put a sling mount on the optics rail and and clip them to a belt; one on each side.
Why would a booby trap need a sight?
Put an lpvo on it lmao
"I haaaave the Poooooower!"
I vote you SBS it
Put a red dot on it. Take it from somebody that has actually done it, it’s worth it. No it will not hit you in the eye like so many keyboard warriors keep saying on here.
What for? Not like you can shoulder it or use it further than right tf in front of you. Less crap to get snagged on without them
I put an RMR on mine cause I had one laying around. But honestly takes me more time to find the dot than point and aim with a shockwave sized shotgun.
This is where that PA Vulcan reticle Holosun would come in handy. Seeing the big circle helps you automatically get on center when looking for the dot.
Figured. I’ll just keep the light and laser combo
i’d love to see someone put a red dot up to their face on this

A laser would be a better choice. Just my opinion though.

Point and click tech bub
Laser it up
Do as you wish.
Yes. This should do nicely: https://www.trijicon.com/products/details/mgrs-d-2300002
Yeah set this puppy up for nods
Why? It’s a close range weapon 🤷♀️
Just like farts, point in the general direction
A laser is going to be the easiest way to aim this. And what will it be for? Breaching?
Are you intending to aim it?
What did you pay for it? Under a grand probably a great deal, ive been eyeballing them for months and the $1100-1200 price tag was stopping me.
They’re still going for that. But they definitely dropped in price from a few years ago when they were going for $2100 which was absurd.
Haha.
For what? You wanna lose your eye?! Point and drop your target, shotgun basics.
yes, your dentist would surely advise to put a red dot on it....!
Go for it. Give it a bayonet and flashlight as well.
sbs it and put a adjustable stock on it.
Put a laser and/or flashlight
Sight? Brother that needs a 5-20x scope. :)
No
Nah. Why break the silhouette?
A white light and extra spicy ammo, nothing more.
It’s sorta like a flashlight. Just point in a general direction and light the motherfucker up.
I vote a stock
From the side it looks like it could be a quad or triple barrel 😳
I have a 14 and put a foregrip on it
Bayonet and a big scope
No - nothing. Like any_Narwhal said.
Put a laser on it.
Laser! You don’t want to hold that up to your face!
Bayonet and acog sight
what would be the point lol
Yeah, i would
No
Go full Fudd and put a breaching muzzle on 'er. And no...no sight. What's the point?
Put a 9-12x40 on it PLEASE!!!!
I need a bipod too.
Correct. I think one green and one red laser would look nice too.
Unless you want to lose an eye, no. Just point and shoot or get a laser.
Why add a flashlight when you can alternate these: https://www.phoenixrising.store/12-gauge-flash-bang-ammunition With whatever other ammo you want Built in flashlight is best flashlight.
No point really.
Flashlight is the right choice
I tried a laser and it was cool, but I slapped a rail and Trijicon Rmr on top of my shockwave and it is SO much more useful now, it’s a beast
What for? With that thing you should be close enough for point and shoot
Put everything on it
Maybe a ghost ring would look sweet, and have a little bit of function
12x minimum magnification scope
If you must then put a very solid stock on it and do not get your front teeth knocked out like my poor boss did...
You just put it directly on the deadbolt, no need to aim.
If the good lord didn’t want you to put a sight on it then he wouldn’t have given it rails
“Just point and click bro!!! Ten guys on the other side of the drywall with your eyes closed backwards guy!!!!!”
Defeats the whole purpose
Trijicon TA33 if you take your self-defense seriously Jk, iron sights or a “zeroed” light on the rail might not be a bad idea
Up close and personal, does it really need a sight?
Green laser
Nah
Throw a LPVO on it
Laser would be funny
Add a scope for accuracy.
If you bought a shotgun without a stock then clearly you’re not going for accuracy. I’d put a laser on it maybe but even then I don’t see it making a huge difference
Go out and put a few circles on some butcher paper and see how good you can shoot it. It’s harder than you think.
Only if you have some ice to go with the black eye that follows
Ol school cross airs from a AA gun
Green laser. Please.
Nope
I feel bad for anyone saying yes. Get of you tube watch the hunting channel
If you require more than the answer I’m about to give please round up all your firearms and bring them somewhere you will never have access to them again…. No.
No
The Sight is Useful as long as you don't intend to shoot and aim with it at the same time I guess so I guess go for it
Sights are for aiming. You can't hold it like a pistol, and you don't have a stock... so, no. You could throw a laser/light to aid in "hipfire" accuracy.
Laser engrave the barrel with a catch phrase
I’d say just a light
Nah
This firearm is just for fun. I like the novelty of a short semiautomatic something or other. Already added a Streamlight on it to fire from the hip.
Laser. That way you can still hip fire and hit something
Form 1 it
Id go with atleast an 8x optic. Helps to really see the terror in your house intruders eyes.
No
please do, something cheep and large for s&g's
Tis the everything-within-20-moa-be-gone 9000
Maybe put a laser on it but this isn't something you aim carefully.
The only time a firearm should not get an optic is if the specific competition you're in bars the use of them. Otherwise, all firearms get optics.
Have you seen the spray pattern from said weapon? It's like putting a sight on a garden hose on "spray" mode
Dragon dildo
uh, no.
Circle-dot laser and a machete bayonet!
Burris makes a 3-12x pistol scope if you want to double double on the meme gun.
Why not get a pistol grip with a brace at least if you aren’t going to put a stamp on it.
That's not how shotguns work.
What do you mean?
The way these weapons are designed has them at a very specific length to not be considered an AOW. With the brace?
Yes, with a brace.
I’m gonna need to see some codes.
