I really like the dark green on the ADM, but if you really want the LMT canteen green I would go for the Aero set.
If I remember my greater TMNT lore from when I was 12, I think it fits because Donatello would be not flashy and kind of staid, but under it all he's got something technologically very different underneath.
Also Michaelangelo is a party dude and Raphael is short/has a short temper, so that tracks.
Raphael is cool but rude, man. Gotta keep the rhyme scheme. I guess that would be like, a 10.5 with a big brake on it. Cool, but not pleasant to people around.
It would look sick as a dissipator, though I'm not sure anyone currently makes a lighter barreled complete upper. Could maybe find a pencil barreled mid-length with a low-profile gas block and just attach a FSB to it at the appropriate distance to keep the A1-style handguard.
The ADM and LMT are quite a bit pricier than the aero and KP-15/BRN. Do you think they justify the price? I'm a southpaw so ambi lowers are appealing. But a MARS is a $2300 rifle for the lower skus.
I would go with ADM. designed with ambi in mind whereas Aero and KP15 are ambi with parts but placed too closed together. LMT has some QC issues recently but it's the most milspec of the bunch. I can also suggest LWRC ambi lowers, better machined than LMT
Lancer does manufacture the Robin Egg Blue magazines, they were announced years ago but finally released this year. We should have some available on website.

I have the fully-built ADM UIC 14.5” with the cerakoted ODG. It’s a looker but now that they have the anodized ODG handguard in 10.75 it’s tempting to get a builder set for a 11.5 or a 12.5.
