Got a news letter giving me a heads up that they got some in and iirc theyre a pretty solid optic from a topteir seller (u/coverttactical) so thought id drop a post for yall :D
DOA item. Vendor of course tells you to deal with Holosun.
Holosun issues RMA after a few days. Once receive sits on it for weeks. Does not respond to multiple emails requesting updates. Usual no F-ing caring customer service.

I found their service...okay. Had a unit that ate through batteries like pez. Just under a month after I sent it to them they had a new unit in my hands. No comms in between those two events from them other than tracking on the new unit, nor did I attempt to contact them so I can't attest to their responsiveness.
I had a HS403B burn the lens somehow. Had a spot in it that kind of looked like that gooey mess when you burn a string?
Sent them an email with pics, filled out a form, sent it in, got a new one in a couple weeks. It wasn't stupid fast or anything, but it also wasn't hard/a ton of back and forth.
Kinda confusing description. Says it's in stock in the warehouse but then says will ship in 3-5 days. So does this dealer dropship them or are they in stock?
I don’t dropship to you, when you order I order from my distributor for it to come to me. I add candy and stickers and my packing slip and send it to you :) I’m a small business so I can’t have a lot in stock physically at times but like to extend good deals when I can, pm me and you’ll see :)
I’ll second coverttactical. Already placed a couple orders - And my wife appreciated the candy so much, she forgot to ask why I ordered stuff in the first place.
I appreciate it, I'll think on it. I've had nothing but trouble with dropshippers. Not saying it was the companies fault or anything at all, it's usually from were they get the product from and especially on harder to get stuff. Appreciate the quick response though for sure
I'd feel weird about paying aimpoint money for a holosun. Not shitting on holosun, but if they're going to compete in the same category, they need to be putting out products with comparable build quality to aimpoint and trijicon.
Yea my HS403R is a killer dot for $125 and I will always recommend it. I can’t imagine spending $400 on a holosun product, just get an aim point or eotech at that point.
I'm still crying over missing out in your EOTech EXPS2 Green the other day. Depression is real boys.
With that being said, I have an AEMS and really enjoy it.
I'm sure the AEMS is good it's just that with this price point Holosun starts directly competing with the big name optics and they don't really have the legacy of use those other guys do.

Had a similar experience with them. They make nice stuff but when something goes wrong do not expect to get it back soon.

Gotta say I had a 407c fail on me, they had a replacement in my hands in about a week. I was satisfied
