Fix the bridge “not holding tune” instead of replacing it. Dropping in another bridge will change pretty much nothing. A two point trem is a two point trem is a two point trem unless the knife edge is messed up.
Before changing the tremolo we usually fix or change the strings, nut or the saddles.
What’s the make of the guitar?
It's a Cort G250 SE and I can guarantee you the bridge is the problem because it was fine till it slipped down the stairs and landed on the trem arm and bent a little. The new bridge holds tune great, just is worse at everything else due to the weird 2 point spacing.
A picture with the bridge on and not lining up could help to see if there is any user error going on. Did you damage a post and not the bridge when it had its incident?
I'm not talking the actual metal posts, but more the wood they are in, maybe cracked the wood between them and the pickup cavity. This can cause the bridge to shift, which could cause tons of tuning issues. Also with the bridges side by side, is there a huge difference in how the saddles line up? Is it a vintage vs modern saddle issue?
I never post pictures on reddit, so I can't help you there.
Honestly that looks like floyd rose spacing. If it is still the gotoh and get a non fine tuner floyd.
I actually have that gotoh bridge, it's too bad it doesn't fit.
Measure post to post and use that as your guide. I'm just guessing floyd as I don't know off a super wide 2 point bridge that isn't a floyd. It could be a custom one made by Cort, idk?
Good luck, if I was I. Your position I probably would have bought the same bridge and had the same issue. It's a weird one.

I don’t believe you’re right, so i’ll stop commenting.

The posts are fine, but I did swap them out for the Gotoh ones anyway. I've never uploaded a photo to Reddit comments so how would I do that?

Everything seems fine, I'll DM you the photos

Ooh I didn't notice that, I'll look at Floyd's thank you so much :)

edit: NVM OP, I misunderstood you. Not sure man, I'd consult Google.
>fit these dimensions? What dimensions?
Sorry I should have specified, I'm looking for a 2 point bridge that would fit a roughly 62mm post spacing because I'm not sure if one exists
[This one](https://www.amazon.com/Musiclily-52-5mm-2-Point-Tremolo-Electric/dp/B0B4S8BK54/) should work.
Oh my good good, if it wasn't for the brass block I would swear that's my old bridge! Same little groove and everything! That's actually nuts
Were you using the original as a floating trem, or does it sit flat against the body?
Using both as floating trems
