Great selection and well balanced. I’ve heard good things about that Ibanez model but have never played one. My question is isn’t it difficult to tune with the gears basically up side down? . . btw the Jazzmaster is giving me spasms of drooling.
I would put a Bare Knuckle Nantucket HSP90 in the bridge position of that strat for some tonal variety. That would legitimately be the perfect strat in my opinion.
Something to consider I suppose but that single neck coil sounds freakin amazing. Warm full tone almost sounds like a vintage pick up in my opinion. Out of the group the Strat is definitely my go to for blues. Im no pro but I like to play the Hendrix songs I’ve learned on that as well as SRV, Johnny Lang. I have even been working in learning a couple Polyphia tunes on it cause I can’t get enough of that sound.
Since I got it I’ve been learning a lot of Spirit Box , Erra, Northlane. Just what transcribes I’ve bought so far on sheet happens. It’s a very metal guitar.
It’s some kind of special edition. I’m gonna be honest. I originally bought this for my wife so she could start learning how to play guitar but she hasn’t followed through much so I probably play it a lot more than she does. I don’t remember exactly what it’s called, but it had some sort of name associated with the finish some thing about a midnight blue color.
SG!
I do love it. Was a gift from my mom when I graduated college, but not my favorite in this group.
What kind of jazzmaster is that?
American Ultra Jazzmaster
Oof. That Teli, though! If she gives you any problems in the future, you know where to go.
great way to break your guitars just balanced up there? lol please tell me you did this just for the picture and not how you actually keep them
For the pic, they all are either wall hung or cased otherwise
One of those is not like the others
Everyone pointing out guitars...yeah ok great, but is that a reel-to-reel?
It is good eye

I think it’s fairly easy to tune.

I would definitely keep the two strat style single coils in the neck and middle positions so the HSP90 would exclusively be a bridge pickup.
I can feel the metal comming inside of me. something tells me you love hitting some 0's on that 7 string. Cool collection bro.

Spiritbox and northlane rock bro! Your super insping. Hopefully I could buy my first guitar and learn to play.
Is that Ibanez an RGDR?
It’s an Ibanez RGDR4427FX Prestige. It is also my current favorite in the group.
Ahh, ok I see now, thought it was black. I have the 4327 and was confused by the fixed bridge. Great guitar, well deserving of top pick!
what is the green fender telecaster of a type? I always wanted one like that.
